The villa is ideally located just minutes from the town center of Le Diamant, where you will find restaurants and a local market. A short 3-minute drive or a pleasant 20-minute walk will get you there.

The bungalow, situated a few meters from the main villa, offers optimal comfort for two people. It includes a fully equipped American kitchen, a spacious bar, a 160 cm double bed, and a modern bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet. Everything is designed for your comfort.

From the bungalow, cross a charming garden to access the terrace of the main villa. The villa's outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, with a large saltwater pool, an equipped outdoor kitchen, a carbet, and sun loungers to soak up the sun.

The main villa features a spacious fully equipped kitchen (with Espresso machine) accessible from the terrace. A hallway leads to four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its private bathroom. The first bedroom offers a king-size bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, while the second, smaller bedroom has a standard double bed and a shower room. The other two bedrooms, equipped with double beds (160x200), are also spacious and have shower rooms.

The bright and welcoming living room is equipped with a TV and opens directly onto the covered terrace. This terrace includes an outdoor lounge and a large dining table. Another space near the outdoor kitchen, equipped with an ice machine, also offers the possibility of shaded meals. The villa also has a Mastokgrill charcoal barbecue for your grilling pleasure.

For enjoyable moments with family or friends, the villa offers a pétanque court and a foosball table. A housekeeper ensures daily maintenance (2 hours a day, Monday to Friday) for your utmost comfort.

Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
Travel time from the airport: 30 minutes

Once you leave the airport, follow the direction of SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and carry on straight.

After approximately 18km, (take care to the speed camera!) take on your right the direction of LE DIAMANT.

Carry on until you enter Le Diamant. At the entrance of the city, there is a roundabout (with a supermarket Ecomax on your right) go straight towards the direction City center. Keep driving 3.8 km along the seaside. Turn on your right when you see the commercial roadsign « Résidence l’Anse Bleue », the villa is on the plot of the first villa on your left.
