"The staff here is truly incredible. They will do anything and everything to make sure you have all you need and are comfortable. Having a studio was a wonderful convenience and they ensured we always had extra tea and coffee. The location to the train station is amazing and the walk to the beach is still a quick one. Loved everything about this wonderful hotel!"

"We missed our connecting flight and lost the money for the first night for no fault of our own. We let them know as soon as we found out but they would not credit it. We had to beg for 2 hrs late checkout! That was frustrating.
Location is nice.
They have an arrangement for breakfast at the hotel across the street and the breakfast was the highlight of the one night stay!"

"The room was quite big! It was very clean with nice amenities and high quality products (soaps, coffee machine, etc.). The street is bustling and has many nice restaurants, and there is also a tram station nearby. The beach is also nearby. The front desk associates were very helpful and willing to book tour packages and recommend things to do. Elevator was malfunctioning for some time and we had to haul luggage up the stairs, but it was okay."

"Good 3 star hotel,room was a good size with a balcony looking over a lovely garden,hotel has a nice roof top terrace with a shower to help cool down.
Downside..we was there for 5 days with no room cleaning or change of towels ( unless you pay additional charge)
Also the lift belongs to the cleaners and hard to get some times..for are 5 day stay the lifts were not operational for 2."
