New architect villa with completion of work in late 2018.
For a car-free holiday, this exceptional 210m2 property, designed by a Rhaetian architect, is ideally located, 200 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (Gollandières beach) and 200 meters from everything. lively and diversified trade and market in Bois Plage en Ré.
Erected on a plot of 901 m2, this magnificent villa will allow you to enjoy meals and aperitifs outdoors thanks to its second summer dining room with plancha integrated into a summer kitchen.
The villa opens widely onto the beautiful flowered and wooded garden as well as to its 10 meter long swimming pool.
You will also be seduced by a nap or a reading break by the pool on the outdoor sofas.
The main villa is equipped with high-end materials and furniture. It has an entrance of 25 m2, a large living room of 60 m2, adjoining the kitchen of 28m2. It consists of 3 bedrooms, including a master suite, each with its own bathroom.
Two additional bedrooms with WC and shower room are located in the adjoining annex to the swimming pool, in continuity with the Ipe wooden terrace and the solarium.
The swimming pool, secured by an electric roller shutter, is heated, without additional cost, from May to September at 26-27 °.
A private parking space and a garage complete this property.
Children will also be delighted to enjoy the ping-pong table, the pétanque court, or even the PS4 in their room. A children's playground is at the end of the street.
Our concierge service will be at your disposal to best prepare your stay with bicycle rental at the villa on arrival, boat rental, packed lunches on arrival, beach towels, additional cleaning, babysitting, kitchen at home ...

A single rental of the main house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms is possible, in low or medium season with prices on request.

Perfection

We rented this house for three weeks and were joined by family and friends! It was spacious and open, a well-appointed kitchen and a lovely pool and surrounding deck. It was an absolutely perfect spot for us to gather!!!

Herrliche Entspannung

In perfekter Lage zwischen Strand und Ortszentrum mit viel Platz und anspruchsvollem Ambiente konnten wir herrlich entspannte Tage am Atlantik genießen. Toller Service bis zum Organisieren von Leihfahrrädern, die wir auf jeden Fall für Touren über die Insel empfehlen.

Luxury and location

Luxury villa, lots of space for 9 of us. Huge kitchen, lovely garden and pool. Great service from Romain, he made bike bookings for us and recommended restaurants. Villa is a couple of mins from the beach and on the cycle paths. The poolside rooms were a bit hot in the sweltering nights but that weather is rare on Re. Well equipped kitchen and very nice gas plancha, actually better than a bbq. We had a lovely holiday.

Another fab week in Ile de Re

We love Ile de Re and know the island quite well so knew what to expect when we arrived. The property itself was in a great location close to beach and town centre. The house was a great size and well set up with a lovely pool and garden. The only down side was the temperature at night! We were staying during a hot spell but some of the rooms were incredibly hot at night so some mobile are con units or fans would have been useful.

Superb Villa in Ile de Re

Villa Isis Atlantique was the perfect location for our holiday on Ile de Re. The property is extremely comfortable, beautifully designed and furnished to a standard well beyond the usual for a holiday rental. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Beautiful house in perfect location

We had a great week renting this beautiful house. We were two families which worked well as the separate annex is self contained with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is great and lovely to cook in. The location is perfect for the beach, town and playground at the end of the road.

Décoration et mobilier d’excellente qualité, excellente localisation (proche plage et commerce / marché), très bon support de Romain (ex: organisation location de vélos, sortie bateau, réactivité et contact très sympathique). Wunderschönes Haus in Top-Lage

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum! Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, tolle Sonnenterrasse mit Pool, Liegen und Boulebahn - der Bäcker ist gleich um die Ecke, zum Strand ist es ein Katzensprung. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier in vollen Zügen genossen.

Great summer vacation on Ile de Re

We spent a splendid summer vacation with friends and our three kids (14, 11,5). Newly built villa close to beach and city centre - all key spots are within walking distance. We can definitely recommend the place for larger families or groups.

Mémorable Saint Sylvestre

Villa exceptionnelle réellement adaptée aux douze hôtes. Nous avons passé un séjour hivernal mémorable à Bois Plage avec un très beau soleil. Nous remercions Romain pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Nos ados ne regrettent en rien le choix d'un réveillon de saint Sylvestre avec leurs parents.

August family stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully designed house. It has been thoughtfully furnished to be both stylish and comfortable, providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect for our group of two families, in a quiet residential street a short stroll from the town/market on one side and the beach on the other. The nearby playground was also enjoyed frequently. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and we hope to return in the future.

An incredible week!

We spent a terrific week at this beautiful property on Ile de re. The home itself is immaculate; everything is brand new. We were a group of 9 and the home easily accommodated our families. The backyard area was well manicured, with a relaxing and well maintained pool as the centerpiece. I’ve stayed at many rentals over the years - and this property far exceeded my expectations. Both Caroline and Romain are gracious, accessible and helpful hosts. As for location, the home is located in Le Bois, which sits on the middle of the island. Open air markets, seaside restaurants, and a beautiful beach were a 5 min bike ride away. We rented bikes and had several excursions into the nearby towns, including the port town/fort of St Martin. In short, we loved this property and look forward to a return visit to the tranquil and beautiful Ile de Re!
