Relax with your feet in the water

In a private residence, pleasant marina on 3 levels, living room located to the west, opening onto a large pontoon directly on the pond of Salses, for mooring your boat (access provided for the high seas), it is equipped with two sunbeds and two tablets. On the first floor, the marina has a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
On the 1st floor is the master bedroom with balcony, has a double bed, the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The secondary bedroom with single bed and a 2nd separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a single bed, a shower with sink.
On the east side a garden with trees and flowers, common area, safe place for young children.
The rental is scheduled for the week from Saturday to Saturday. The payment of the stay as well as a security deposit of 300€, is made when the keys are handed over. The security deposit is returned in full at the end of the stay after an inventory of fixtures. For the reservation of 20% on the stay, a temporary rental contract is sent in two copies.
