Eine sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch eine Parkmöglichkeit war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super so das wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Getümmel

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die zwei Bäder und die Klimaanlage sind ein echter Vorteil. Neben den Betten in den Schlafzimmern gibt es zwei Sofas, auf denen man es sich tagsüber gemütlich machen kann. Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet, ein Spar-Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wer es ruhig haben möchte, sollte hier jedoch nicht wohnen - die Wohnung liegt mitten in sehr lebhaften Gassen, in deren Bars es mitunter bis nach 23 Uhr sehr laut zugeht und ab 6 Uhr kommen dann die Lieferanten oder Müllfahrzeuge und sind auch nicht grad leise. Aber dafür ist man eben "mittendrin", hat einen tollen Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe und eine sehr preiswerte und gute Bar direkt vorm Haus und den See quasi vor der Tür inklusive einer schönen Badestelle, die wir vor allem abends und frühmorgens genutzt haben und dann ganz für uns hatten. Unsere "Kinder" (19 und 13) haben es geliebt. Die Übergaben zu An- und Abreise waren völlig problemlos. Parken ist in der Nähe möglich, aber recht teuer (17 € pro Tag), den Müll muss man sorgfältig trennen und zu einem Müllhof bringen (es gibt keine Mülltonnen am Haus), fanden wir anfangs etwas seltsam, aber das ist gar kein Problem, sind zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen!

Super Lage, Super Wohnung, Gern wieder

Senationelle Wohnung, tolle Lage. Waren jeden Abend Baden weil der See nur 2min enfernt ist. Wohnung ist riesig groß, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgstattet. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und via Whatsapp immer erreichbar. Der Ort ist der beste in der Gegend, es war immer etwas los und die Verantsaltungen im Ort waren senstionell. Deutlich besser als Bordolino oder Affi. Wir waren rundrum zufrieden und kommen gern wieder. Was ist zu beachten: Kein Parkplatz vorhanden, muss gut 150m laufen und der Parkplatz kahm um die 120€ für 10 Tage. Das ist das einzige was vorher nicht bekannt ist. Alles andere ist super.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Die im ersten Stock gelegene Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch für einen Aufenthalt mit kleineren Kindern gut geeignet. Die Küche ist modern und bestens ausgestattet. Sehr aufmerksam fanden wir es auch, dass vieles für den alltäglichen Gebrauch bereitgestellt wurde, z.B. Filtertüten für die Kaffeemaschine, Spültabs für den Geschirrspüler und Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine. Die beiden Badezimmer waren geräumig und funktionell. Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Lazise. Von der Straße hört man in der Wohnung nichts. Nur wenige Häuser weiter findet man einen Bäcker. Nach ein paar weiteren Schritten erreicht man schon die Promenade. Diverse Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gleiches gilt für einen öffentlichen Parkplatz (Parkgebühr 73,--€/Woche). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schönes Wiedersehen in Lazise im Apartment Cansignorio

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut Herrn Perbellini wiederzusehen und haben uns - wie schon vor zwei Jahren - richtig wohlgefühlt in der Residenza Corsocangrande 25. Gerne wollen wir die schöne Stadt Lazise und das Apartment Cansignorio wieder besuchen, wenn es unsere Zeit erlaubt. Wir können Herrn Perbellini und die Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Eine Woche zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung besticht durch Sauberkeit und geschmackvoller, funktionaler Einrichtung. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Sie befindet sich in der Nähe des Nordtores in direkter Nähe zum Zentrum mit gemütlichen Bars und Restaurants. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut und Vermieter Angelo ist ein Schatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location

The apartment was well equipped, quiet and in an excellent location. Angelo explained everything in the apartment very well. Lazise is a delightful small town with good access to other towns on the lake. We took a one day tour of the Dolomites through the company GetYourGuide which was very good

Einfach nur toll

Angelo hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen, eine sehr gute Einführung in die Wohnung und Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und einfach nur schön. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!

Der Wiederbesuch

Für eine Urlaubswoche am Gradasee haben wir dieses kleine Juwel erneut gebucht. Wir waren bereits bei unserem letzten Besuch von diesem Appartement begeistert. Es liegt direkt in Lazise. Mit wenigen Schritten ist am direkt am Gardasee, kann den kleinen Hafen besuchen, viel und leckeres Eis essen, die Promenade entlanglaufen, aus vielen Restaurants das passende für sich auswählen, shoppen oder einfach nach Bardolino direkt am Gardasee über einen schönen Weg spazieren. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Verona (25 Minuten) Venedig (90 Minuten), Mailand ( ca. 90 - 100 Minuten).. Bardolino und Garda sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es verfügt über eine große Wohnküche, die bestens ausgestattet ist, zwei Bäder und zwei Schlafräume. Es ist in einem sehr sauberen und guten Zustand. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit ihm verlief sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch am Gardasee werden wir hierher zurückkehren.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Toplage

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die in der Ausstattung nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage, direkt in der Altstadt, der Parkplatz gleich um die Ecke und nur wenige Schritte bis zum See. Gefreut hätten wir uns über einen kleinen Balkon. Etwas gestört hat uns besonders morgens der Lärm von der Straße (Lieferanten, Marktbetreiber usw.), die Fenster sind leider nicht besonders schallgeschützt. Insgesamt aber zu empfehlen und besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Vermieters.

Perfect for family of 5

We are a family of 5 so the apartment was perfectly configured for us with our 3 children sharing the 2nd bedroom that had a bunk bed and a single bed. Both the 2nd bedroom and master (as well as the main living space) had an air conditioning unit, which is very useful in the heat of summer and us to close the shutters and windows at night, keeping the apartment both dark & quiet until we were ready to get up! Having 2 bathrooms in a relatively small apartment was also very useful for us. The apartment was spotlessly keen and the kitchen had everything we needed. Angelo met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. Lazise is a very nice town on lake Garda and the apartment was well located within the scenic old town about 50m from the lake-side front and with easy access to the local beaches. There is a public good bus service with a bus stop at the top of the road, and we were also able to hire a car for touring the lake from Avis in the next village that was a relatively short walk away. The only problem of note for us was intermittent difficulties with the wifi, but as Angelo explained, that is most likely due to the local infrastructure unable to cope with the influx of tourists in the summer months.

Great location with access to lake, walking path, restaurants, shops Spacious and clean apartment. All very functional although electrical fuse can go off easily WiFi service is only 80% reliable (not sure if challenges are related to entire city or just his location) Very nice landlord!!

This is a lovely, well equipped apartment in a fabulous location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful , modern apartment in Lazise. The apartment has a well equiped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and two generous sized bathrooms too. And most importantly it is right in the middle of the old town and only a 1 minute walk from Lake Garda. The only issues were with the intermittent wi-if (disappointed teenager!) and the difficulty parking nearby without a significant payment. The best bet was a car park only 2 mins away where we paid 60 euro for the week. Great apartment , fabulous location and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung, die für uns keinen Wunsch offen ließ. Alles tadellos sauber und gepflegt und wie bei der Buchung beschrieben. Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, was für uns 4 Mädels ausgesprochen praktisch war. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles in nur wenigen Schritten erreichbar: der See, die Promenade, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäcker, Boutiquen, Restaurants, Kaffees, Fahrradverleih, Fährhafen, Strand... Ein gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz (75 €/Woche) ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Das Auto braucht man hier wirklich nur für Ausflüge zu entfernteren Zielen. Wir haben uns hier super wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles hat prima geklappt!

A very nice apartment in Lazise on Lake Garda.

A friendly welcome from owner,Angelo to a very clean, spacious and well equipped apartment with air-conditioning within the small walled town of Lazise. Nice easy walking in pedestrianised area only 50 metres from the lake, 200 metres from the ferry and near all the restaurant and bar facilities. Although the area is right in a busy town good double glazed windows meant there was no disturbance from late passers-by. Please note it is a first floor apartment with quite a long flight of steps. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and its location.. .

Sehr schöne Wohnung in prima Lage

Alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, an alles ist gedacht und der Vermieter sehr engagiert. Man sollte nur wissen, dass man nirgends frei parken kann. Sehr nah gelegen ist aber ein guter bewachter Parkplatz, der im Sommer 2016 105€ für 2 Wochen gekostet hat. Einziger sonstiger Wermutstropfen ist, dass das WLAN des Appartments sehr störanfällig ist. Bei viel Traffic am Abend war es praktisch nutzlos, während es nach Mitternacht reibungslos funktionierte.

Velbeliggende, hyggelig og supervenlig service.

Vi havde 2 fantastiske uger i lejligheden. Den var superfin og velbeliggende. Angelo var virkelig venlig og hjælpsom. Vi vender helt klart tilbage.

This apartment was in an ideal location. In the centre of Lazise, restaurants, shops, bars within yards of the front door. The apartment itself was good; very clean and very well supplied with kitchen equipment, glasses etc. Airconditioning units in living area and both bedrooms were very much welcome. Only disappointment was that the WiFi that was advertised was very poor, pretty much unusable. Overall though, a great flat in a wonderful location in a lovely town on Lake Garda - a really enjoyable holiday.

Assolutamente consigliato !!!

E' stata una meravigliosa mini-vacanza di quattro giorni con la mia famiglia e due amici di mia figlia . L' appartamento è esattamente come da foto . nessuna spiacevole sorpresa : spazioso , estremamente pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario . Situato in pieno centro , a 50 metri dal lago e da un comodo parcheggio custodito , è la soluzione ideale per le famiglie . Il signor Perbellini si è dimostrato un perfetto padrone di casa , gentilissimo , attento e molto disponibile . Sicuramente tornerò a Lazise e sicuramente tornerò in Residenza Corsocangrande .

Superiore alle aspettative!!

Ho trascorso 3 giorni stupendi a Lazise con la mia famiglia e due amici di mia figlia. L'appartamento ubicato al centro di Lazise , a 50 m dal lago così come da un comodo parcheggio custodito , si è rivelato la soluzione perfetta per questa vacanza . La descrizione e le foto dell'interno corrispondono alla realtà . L'appartamento è estremamente pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario . Il signor Perbellini è stato un eccellente padrone di casa , gentilissimo . scrupoloso e disponibile . Sicuramente torneremo in Residenza Corsocangrande
