  • Modern flat on the first floor on the right side in a newly built villa with swimming pool and independent entrance.
    Equipped with air conditioning in every room and wifi only 900 metres from the centre of Lazise in a quiet area surrounded by greenery.
    Large and bright kitchen-living room with large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave; table for 6 people, comfortable double sofa bed, satellite TV and electric blackout shutters.
    The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and access to the balcony; a second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and desk with the possibility of having a double bed. New bathroom with window with large shower and washing machine.
    Terrace with outdoor table and chairs and 2 sun loungers for sunbathing.
    The residence "Benacus" is a fenced villa with a swimming pool, consisting of 4 newly built flats with independent entrance, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the ground floor with the same features. The house is located at the end of a closed road near a playground, therefore very quiet.
    Convenient free parking for one car in front of the house and parking for bicycles in the fenced yard with the possibility for e-bike charging.

    CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00.
    EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00
    LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service.
    CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.
    LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money!
    Possibility of separate beds upon request at the additional cost for the set of bed linen equal to + € 10.00.
    FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS – almost all of our apartments are pet friendly but be sure to inform us when booking. The additional fee is €20 per pet for the entire stay

Kurztrip

Kurzfristig ein langes Wochenende geplant. Buchung über Fewo-Direkt komplikationslos. Betreuung von Rosella war perfekt, Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Weg bis zur Stadt ist aber länger als 900 m, so ist jedenfalls mein Gefühl. Dafür hat man aber viele Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe der Altstadt. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen!

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft. Lage ist gut (15min zu Fuß in die Altstadt, 10min zum See). Ein Lidl Supermarkt fußläufig, größere Supermärkte in 10 min mit dem Auto. Wohnung ist im Großen und Ganzen modern eingerichtet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben nicht mehr funktioniert, was aber vermutlich an dem Ende der Saison lag und war für uns kein Problem. Rosella war eine nette Gastgeberin die auch für evtl. Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden hätte.

Familienwoche am Gardasee

Wir konnten in der schönen und zweckmäßig eingerichteten Wohnung eine erlebnisreiche Ferienwoche am Gardasee verbringen. Die Wohnung war eine von vieren im Gebäude. Es gab für vier Autos Parkplatz auf dem Gelände, allerdings mussten wir unser Auto an der Straße parken, da die Nutzer einer Wohnung mit zwei Fahrzeugen angereist waren. Dies stellte kein großes Problem dar, da an der Straße eine weitere Möglichkeit dazu vorhanden ist. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch gut. Relativ ruhige Wohngegend. Die Altstadt fußläufig in ca 29 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Zentrum in Lazise. Ist sehr sauber. Rosella ist super nett, und hat uns bei einem Problem sehr geholfen. Die Begründung war super nett, und für uns gab es noch Nudeln und Tomaten zummarker kochen. Können wir nur empfehlen. Von uns 10 von.10 Sterne.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est fonctionnel et spacieux. L'annonce correspond bien au bien. Il possède tout ce dont on a besoin et la literie est confortable. L'emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à pied à Lazise et se situe dans un endroit calme d'où l'on entend pas la route principale.

Grundsätzlich gut für kurzen Aufenthalt

An sich eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Bei näherem Blick sind schon ein paar Sachen aufgefallen die nicht ganz sauber waren (WC, Dusche und Küche könnten besser sein). Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt aber alles ok. Ich würde aber nicht empfehlen mit 6 Personen die Wohnung zu nutzen. Die Betten sind gemütlich aber die „Schlafcouch“ die für zwei Leute gedacht war, war sehr unbequem und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Die Kommunikation und der Check in sind sehr unkompliziert

Super Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt ruhig, lärmgeschützt durch Häuserzeilen oberhalb der Gardasee. Ein gepflegter Garten mit Pool, den sich vier Parteien teilen. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Die Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk bietet genügend Platz und hat ein schönen Balkon zum Draußen sitzen.

Wirklich schön... wie auf den Bildern

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen... die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel. Lazise und der See sind fussläufig erreichbar und die Kommunikation funktionierte super. Nur die Parkplätze waren manchmal knapp. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir haben uns in der noch sehr neuen Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Betreuung durch Rosella war tadellos. Da bei unserer Ankunft Sonntags leider nicht geputzt war und die Wäsche fehlte, gebe ich einen Punkt Abzug. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem Domizil.

Schöne Unterkunft, Lage und Weg zum See nicht optimal

Das Haus ist neu und schön modern möbliert, wirkt gepflegt. Die Sauberkeit ist nur durchschnittlich, für den Preis hätten wir etwas Besseres erwartet, zumal mit gründlicher Reinigung und Desinfektion wegen Corona geworben wird. Beim Kehren und im Bad waren viele Haare, teilweise staubig. Es gibt 4 Wohnungen im Haus, wir hatten leider die mit kleinstem Balkon und im 1. Stock ohne Aufzug, mit Kleinkind und Buggy eher unpraktisch. Der Pool ist für 4 Parteien sehr klein. Die Vermieterin war bei Ankunft telefonisch nicht erreichbar, da auf der Buchungsbestätigung eine falsche Telefonnummer angegeben war. Fewo Direkt war auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar, so dass wir einige Stunden warten mussten, bis wir bemerkt hatten, dass auf dem Voucher eine abweichende, wohl korrekte Telefonnummer vermerkt war. Die Mülltrennung ist etwas kompliziert und wurde bei Ankunft nicht geklärt, mussten wir später selbst nachfragen. Es wurde insgesamt sehr wenig erklärt, Schlüsselübergabe war sehr kurz und knapp. Zwischen Haus und See liegt ein langgezogener Campingplatz. Wenn man zum See laufen möchte, muss man um den ganzen Campingplatz außenrum laufen, darf nicht darüber gehen, wird vom Campingpersonal abgewiesen. Der Weg zum See führt an einer stark befahrenen Straße entlang, bei der gerade beide (!) Fußgängerwege saniert wurden. So mussten wir mit 2 jährigem Kind direkt an der Straße entlanggehen, unsere Tochter hatte große Angst vor den schnell vorbeifahrenden Autos und Motorrädern. Der Weg zum Strand dauert 15 bis 20min, ins Zentrum noch länger. Für uns mit Kleinkind war die Unterkunft sehr ungeeignet, zu langer und gefährlicher Weg zum See, 1.
