- Absolutely NO smoking indoors! Any smoking will result in a $1000 charge.

- No unauthorized events/gatherings/parties

- 10 GUEST MAX. No unauthorized guests on property. Guest count is monitored by ring doorbell camera. Please ask for special event pricing for extra guests/visitors.

- No pets allowed

- No Commercial use without permission

- Please respect neighbors; Quiet times from 10 pm on weekdays and 12 am weekends.

- All reservations required to sign a separate Rental Agreement from Peachtree Leisure Homestays (please check messages after booking)

Security Deposit:
In order to provide every guest with a clean undamaged home and the best possible experience, all bookings require a $500 security deposit hold. This is not a charge and only a hold on your card. It will be automatically released 4 days after check out. (Please check email after booking - Peachtree Homestays)


Things that will result in partial/total loss of security deposit:
- Any kind of smoking inside of the house (smoke detectors are installed)
- Damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear
- Excessive cleaning required after check-out
- Unauthorized gatherings/parties
- Breaking max guest rule
