Start, we were checked in by Michelle. We got checked in early & Michelle made it seem like it was a favor she did for us even though the hotel was only at 25% if that.
My kids went to ask about the pool & was told there was never a pool here. I was here April 2024 & was clean & had pool & microwave in room. We later found out it’s under new management NOT IHG anymore. They removed the pool & microwave due...
