"The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊"

The room was clean, the AC was cold, the shower was very strong. but now they don't provide bar soap, shower cap, toothbrush in the bathroom but when you check in, they will ask for this and if you need it, they will give it to you. everything is ok, only the security in front of the lobby door must be alert if guests bring a lot of luggage. "Hotel posizionato vicino all'aeroporto, in una zona che non offre molto, caotica e vicina ad un centro commerciale immenso raggiungibile a piedi. Odore di chiuso ( non ci sono finestre apribili) e qualche traccia di umidità proveniente dal bagno. Pulizia sufficiente, materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Staff cordiale"

"Very nice hotel. The staff went put of their way to help me. The room was clean and modern. Absolutely no complaints about any issue. Very close to the airport and they have a bus to take you back to the airport during the mornings. $7.00 via taxi. "

"it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart."
