The house is located on the edge of the village of Lavoux, known internationally for its stone quarries (and motocross in the years 1955-2003). In complete calm, in 3 minutes on foot of the market town with its bakery-grocery store opened every day (except on wednesday).
Labeled 3 stars by Tourism Vienna in 2018, large lot, independent without opposite.
