"We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom villas with our own pool 🤗
The villa was very spacious and clean and the bedrooms were HUGE.
The staff were very friendly and obliging and always a smile on their face.
We had breakfast included with our stay and was very impressed with the selection that was available.
The resort is a great destination for R&R and we will definitely return to First Landing again when we go back to Fiji
Highly recommend👍"

"Smugglers Cove is ok if you just want a bed to sleep in. The “resort” is old and worn. Bedrooms are ok, bathroom isn’t clean and expect a cockroach or two. On our first night there was extremely loud Bollywood music playing from the establishment next door, the windows are paper thin and no earplugs could dampen the noise.
If you book activities that depart from Denarau Port, generally the company will pick you up for free from the Wailoaloa area which is good.
I wouldn’t stay here again,...

"The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here.
They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. I had such a great and relaxing stay. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking at Fiji to look here.

"Short Summary :Bed bugs, no Wi-Fi in rooms, no hot water, and significant cleanliness issues.
Positives first: after requesting transport for a 5am arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated being greeted at the resort.
Unfortunately, the stay quickly went downhill. Our "villa" was a demountable with thin adjoining walls. I scratched all night and discovered bed bugs, some still crawling on the bed sheet. We were moved to another room without question.

It served its purpose though I would likely not stay there again unless they have the option to have your own room and that doesn't increase the cost too much. I'm not one to share a room with strangers often and fortunately I ended up alone but if that's your thing or if they have rooms you don't have to share I actually enjoyed the rest of the hotel more than the much more expensive Hilton in Denarau. However, there was no one here for breakfast at 6 a.m. We were sent to the restaurant of the owner’s hotel after being told we would receive a 15% discount. In the end, there was no discount, we found a hair in one of our dishes, and my glass still had lipstick marks from the previous guest."
