"This place used to be nice years ago, but had extremely gone downhill sadly. the windows of room were extremely dirty (we had a doorwall on 1st floor) the glass was so bad I tried to take hot water to clean it myself. I also was on my hands and knees in our hotel room cleaning the floors that were also extremely dirty. Also the bed sunk to the middle and was extremely way too soft and broken in. There was weeds all along walkway and lights that were out/broken along pathway as well. We wanted to...

"The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom shower was clogged and water stood around your feet while showering. There were large crumbs on the microwave stand, and rust inside the microwave. The housekeeping cart was abandoned and sat in the 2nd floor hallway for two days."

"Location was good. Property inside and out needed a cleaning. Curtains were slashed. One of the light shades was slashed. All lamp shades should have been replaced/beat up. Floor felt dirty. AC didn’t work. Was told all the units need to be replaced. AC had frozen up. Day 3 got the AC to work. Staff was friendly and helpful but Marriott should not own this property. Will not return. And not sure I’ll ever stay in a Marriott Residence Inn again."

"It's decent for the price and free breakfast. I stay here quite often. Staff is friendly for the most part and they are always cleaning. However my bathroom could have used a deep cleaning. Very filthy around base board and slow sink drain."

"So lost power walking up 3 flights of stairs they could have covered the new parking fee 10 dollars a day not happy 3 huge lots in suburbs should not be charged no lights in parking lot while we were there don’t think I will stay there again after this not happy at all."

"The room was nice, hotel clean, gym area was okay - 2 treadmills that rattled a little. My niece and her boyfriend enjoyed the indoor pool and they had very nice outdoor areas. The only issue I had was that my tub would not drain properly and even though I reported it, they did not resolve. I had to steadily turn the shower off to allow it to drain so that it didn’t end up around my ankles. That to me is gross and should have been a priority once reported."

"I was shocked by the condition of the bathroom upon arrival. There were hairs everywhere, making it obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected. The lack of quality control is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the property’s standards. Save yourself the frustration and do not check in here."
