Hello Friends Holidaymakers from all walks of life!!<br>Come and get a change of scenery in our charming "MAZOT".<br>This 60m2 furnished tourist accommodation has been freshly renovated and in a typical way in a 570m2 house. Two cottages are available. Located in the village of Lathuile, you are only 1km from the private beach of Doussard where all the activities will be offered to you (shops, cinema, pharmacy...)<br><br>This 60m2 space is composed of a bedroom with a 2-seater bed 160x200 (possibility of adding a baby cot at your disposal on request). <br>The fully equipped kitchen open to the living room also includes a sofa bed for 2 people, mattress 140x200. A shower room will offer you a good moment of relaxation.<br><br>Do you think it's over? Still not. "La Grange Savoyarde" also offers you the swimming pool (according to the schedules arranged to respect your tranquility and closed from October to May). <br>On reservation, Léa's attic offers you a moment of relaxation and its famous Californian massage (see the formulas proposed in photo)(depending on availability)<br><br>For the more adventurous, you can have fun and why not compete against us on the ping-pong table. <br>Looking for conviviality? Share our breakfast (10 euros for adults and free for children under 8 years old). (subject to availability)<br>We will be delighted to exchange our good tips for your outings around the Annecy basin. (Beach, Paragliding, Hiking, Mountain biking, Golf...)<br><br>The little +: Wifi access, Barbecue, high chair and bottle warmer for babies. <br>Loan of raclette and fondue machine.<br>Small pets are welcome.
