WOW Pool, Spa 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths with a bedroom downstairs +Movie/Entertainment room with over 100 movies surround system and mini fridge.
Great location 15 minutes to the famous Las Vegas strip( Las Vegas Blvd.) 5 minutes to Durango Casino and Red Rock Casino and downtown Summerlin .
It is 10 to 15 minutes from the new Raiders stadium, T Mobile Arena, Orleans Arena and Las Vegas Ballpark .
Also 5 to 10 minutes to Golf courses near by .Major grocery stores are within 3 to 5 minutes drive . Plenty eateries around.
There are over 200 channels that are accessible through Samsung TV plus on both TVs. Netflix, Amazon prime video, and other apps available on all TV's with your sign in credentials

If you are looking to book a longer stay ( 60 + days ) please contact me I will do my best to try to fit your budget.

FYI the basketball hoop is no longer on property.

HOUSE RULES :

1. This is NOT a party house no loud music or loud gatherings after 9:00 PM. This is a residential neighborhood so please be considerate of our neighbors .

2. No glasses or glass bottle in the pool area.

3. Please inspect the house within the first two hours of you check-in time And contact the owner if there's any issues or concerns . After 6 PM if we don't hear from you we will assume that the house is in perfect condition to accommodate the group . You will no longer be in title of a full refund .( we do apologize for this rule but at the same time we would like to make sure that you have a great experience from day one thank you for your understanding .

4. We understand that accidents happen please let us know if something breaks or it is malfunctioning .

5. Keep out of the pool equipment , water heater and AC unit .

6. Smoking is only allowed outside on the patio .

7. No shoes allowed on the carpeted area upstairs.

8. No pets allowed on property.

9. Please avoid eating in bedrooms .

10. There are two trash cans outside the house once for recyclables and one for trash please put the proper item in the proper trash can . Our trash removal day is Friday please move trash cans down on the street Thursday night .

11. Maximum number of adults per booking is 5 The total occupancy for this property is 7 people.

Please make sure before you vacate the property that :
1 - All trash need to be removed from the house including any leftovers in the refrigerator/freezer into the bins outside.
2 - All dirty dishes and utensils need to be washed and put away ( please make sure they are dry) .
3 - Please collect all the floaty’s and other food toys from the pool area and put them inside the chest which is next to the Spa ( please if any toys or floaty’s are broken or popped discard them in the trash cans outside) .
4 - please make sure you leave our garage opener and The remote control for the spa the same way you found it on the countertop in the kitchen.
5 - if the BBQ was used please clean it up.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation that makes things easier for our cleaning crew to get the property ready for the next guests so they can enjoy their vacations as well.

Family summer get together

The house and amenities were exactly as pictured. All instructions were outlined online as well as in a text. We had some issues with the TV, but the host was very attentive in getting things worked out, even though he was out of town. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 children, and a toddler. The kitchen was stocked with spices and extras in the pantry. The pool and spa were fantastic and the ability to control the temperature from a phone app was appreciated.

Overall the house was good. The manager was responsive when contacted. The internet was pretty bad. The manager did attempt to rest it but we had better luck just using our cell phones. The back yard could use a little TLC.

Wonderful home!

Had such a great stay! Home was very clean, spacious and the host has gone above and beyond to ensure the home is stocked with everything needed (more than most actually) for a comfortable stay. Communication was great and the pool was perfect for relaxing during the day. This home is great for large families, has plenty of space and the layout is perfect for privacy. Short drive to the strip, close to convenience stores, restaurants, shopping and groceries. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend! We truly enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful time in a lovely home

We were there for a little over 2 months! The proximity to everything was wonderful! The house itself was lovely, a bit sparsely decorated & needed some "comforts of home" for that long of a stay but very clean and comfortable. George was great to work with & helped when we needed. My only complaint is the neighborhood. It is not gated and was very loud. Dogs barking and cars getting towed & some renovation construction next door was a bit much at times. But that is really out of anyone's control. Overall, a 4.5 star experience!!

Outstanding communication and extremely pleasant host. We were even allowed an early check in. The unit is nicer than it looks on the post. Appliances look almost new. The house is very very clean and well maintained. It looks to me that this house was remodeled not long ago. BTW you can use the garage. Perfect home.

Thanksgiving trip to Vegas

Our family trip to Vegas was fun because the house was in good location to get around town. The hot tub and pool were great for adults and kids. We watched movies in the movie theater room. The kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. It was really comfortable and convenient. We would stay there again.

In Town for Wedding

The property is exactly as it is listed. Checkin process was simple. The host always responded very quickly when I reached out to him. The house is clean and cared for. A remote for the garage was also provided, so that was a nice convenience. The mornings were cool, so we needed a little bit of heat. The thermostats were simple to use and came on quickly. We also used the spa one day. Again, we followed the instructions and everything worked well. The house is furnished well. It is not cluttered. All TVs worked and had simple remotes. We had no problems with anything. The neighborhood is very quiet - day and night. No traffic noise or loud neighbors. It was nice to be able to sit out by the pool and visit. Overall, this is is a nice property. You could have the maximum number of people and still be very comfortable.

I'm a disabled veteran so I was there for a medical consult and the house was only 3.6 miles from there. It was a great location groceries and anything else you may need. The house was very clean and the master bath, very nice! It was comfortable. Did not use the pool or jacuzzi and with the exception of some idiot throwing a cigarette but in it, was pretty nice. Did not have any coffee while I was there because the coffee maker needs to be replaced. Not cleaned, replaced. Very quiet location. The house would be great for families. Kids will love it. Overall, a good experience. Thank You

Great spot for our family!

We were looking for a clean and quiet spot away from the strip for our family to stay for a few days, and this worked perfectly.The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. And, we really enjoyed the pool and spa! The host was very quick to respond to any inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vegas getaway!!

Great property, top notch!! Owner Greg is very responsive if you need to email him. Location is only 10-15 min drive to Red Rock Canyon. 20 mins to strip and 25 to Freemont Street. Also only about 40 minutes from Hoover Dam. Well stocked home , pool area very clean and using the app to control pool and spa was easy to use. We came in late March so Fireplace came in handy. Can’t say enough good things about this property. Would definitely stay here again and my entire family highly recommends this home!!! Love the Man Cave!!
