Just 7 miles to the Las Vegas strip and 4.4 miles to the airport, this entertainer's dream offers a pool table, old-school arcade games, X-Box, Jenga, lifesize chess set, cornhole, bocce ball, dartboard and loads of table games for your entertainment. Fully stocked with plush towels, cotton sheets and over the top mattresses for your comfort. Head outdoors to the amazing backyard with 2 fire pits, a heated pool, BBQ and a dining area. Plenty of space to lounge around and loads of shopping within minutes of this amazing residence. This residence, located in a quiet neighborhood, will ensure you have an outstanding Vegas Vacation! Extra safety Pool features are available as we have child safety bracelets with a monitoring alarm, and a pool fence installed. Pack and Plays are available upon request.

HEATED POOL - This is a seasonal pool. Pool heating is available upon request for the months of October through March, subject to an additional daily charge. This request MUST be sent to the Host(s) no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival.

Very nice home in a great location. We wanted a way to pick and choose our Vegas experiences and staying off the strip was a great way to not be completely immersed in all that The Strip offers. The house is near the interstate and it only took 10-15 to drive anywhere we wanted to go. They provide a nice selection of in home entertainment (pool table, video games etc.). The pool and backyard looked nice but it was too chilly for us to enjoy on our stay.

The house was excellent for a big family. The teenagers and adults loved playing pool and the various games. The little children enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing board games that were provided by the host! Grocery stores were close by which made it easy to cook at home! There was a great grill and area for grilling out!!

Very nice

Quiet neighborhood, nice accommodations. Set up with multiple games ie Poker, Pool Table, Foosball, Bocce Ball, Cornhole. And with a decent sized pool in the backyard to survive the Vegas heat, I recommend staying here.

Had get together with lifelong friends. Great location, with all kinds of retail, grocery and restaurants close by. Sunset Park is 3 miles away and is very nice, we played outdoor pickleball in the mornings and the house was a nice respite with a pool to relax. Downtown and the Strip are fairly close allowing us to meet up with other friends, who enjoy the casino and louder experience. The extras including coffee pods, candy and snacks, and toiletries were a nice plus and the large clean Weber grill were very nice pluses

Great house for our family

We really enjoyed our time here, had lots of games and things to keep our kids busy. The heated pool was very nice as well. Michelle and Eddie were super responsive with all our questions, we will definitely will be looking to book with them again when we come back.

Quiet Oasis with plenty of entertainment and space

This VRBO was in a quiet neighborhood and the hosts thought of just about everything. There were even snacks for us and games to play. The house was clean, spacious and as advertised. I did forget to report that the pool light was out, but otherwise everything worked. Check in and outwas easy

Just wow!

This property was amazing. We had everyone from 15 years old to 70+ and there was something for everyone to do. We were able to have Walmart delivery at the house when we arrived and the property is close to the strip, downtown, and the airport. Hosts were fantastic - we were able to check in a little early and every time I had a question they replied within minutes. Eddie even called to make sure we got there OK and to see if we had any questions. We will stay at this property again and highly recommend.

WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, FABULOUS!!

This property is FABULOUS! We were so lucky that this property was available after our booking fell through at the last minute. Michelle saved our trip! We were coming to Vegas to get married and had our 5 adult kids and 2 in-laws. The house was fabulous and the pool and yard were amazing! The furnishings were top notch as well. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent for family fun!

Seven of us came to Las Vegas to celebrate our son's 21st birthday, and this house couldn't have been more perfect for us! Everyone enjoyed all the games, indoors and out, and the pool was delightful. Checking in couldn't have been easier, Eddie & Michelle were very communicative and helpful. The house itself was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need, 5 minutes away from markets and restaurants. We will definitely stay again the next time we're in Vegas. Thanks again for a great time, we had a blast! :)

Pops 75th Bday

My wife and I stayed at this lovely home with my siblings in order to celebrate my deceased father’s 75th birthday. The home had EVERYTHING u could think of and was close to all the major attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and as long as u respect that detail u can truly enjoy everything the house has to offer. We WILL stay at this house every time we visit from now on. Las Vegas with Family

This is a nice property, well-appointed for a group traveling with a variety of interests. The game room was well-used by my family. While the pool was littered with tree debris (the owner attributes it to the previous night's weather), we were able to remove some and then use the pool. Simple meals were easy to prepare; it was primarily breakfast for our group of 7 adults and 1 teenager. We appreciated the extra dishwashing pods and trash bags, which are usually limited in vacation rentals. WORD OF CAUTION!! There is a raised platform near the entry and at the bottom of the stairs. A couple of us forgot it was there and stumbled off of it. There is a warning sign posted, but it is behind you when you enter, and if it is dark, you will not see it. Even with the lights on, my sister stumbled off that platform while heading to the living room. We enjoyed our stay, and this rental allowed us to spend time together as a family before the extreme heat arrived.

Weekend Stay

We had an amazing stay! The house is lovely and massive so was great for a big group of girls. Eddie is super responsive and allowed us to easily extend our stay. The pool is so much fun and we enjoyed lounging in the spacious backyard. Will definitely recommend this property to friends visiting Vegas!
