The host was excellent. I arrived early and she allowed me to check in which helped with work meetings I had booked. Also we had one small issue with tap and she was immediately responsive. Great place, well located enough off the strip for a break but easily accessible by walking, bus or uber!

Vegas Dead and Company 2025.

There were 5 of us total and the condo was a perfect size. So much better than being stuck in a hotel room. It was a bit cool but we did enjoy pool one day. It was just across parking lot very short walk. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for Uber. Very quite inside room. Fully equipped. If I had to make on complaint the faucets on the tubs weee difficult to work. Highly recommend.

Vegas Visit

The condo was exactly as described, very clean and well appointed.Owner was easy to communicate with as well. Security was friendly and always on site.The pools and work out room were clean and easily accessible. The location to the strip was convenient. We would recommend this place and stay at when visiting again.

Enjoyed the location of this condo- made it easy to get to the strip or head to other areas for adventures. Kitchen is well-equipped and we had enough space for our Costco haul.Use of pool was fantastic with young kids

Great 2 bedroom

Fit the four of us for a friend’s weekend comfortably. Easy to walk, Uber, or drive places. Came with the necessities like dishwasher pods, laundry, shampoo, etc. Hot tub and pool option was great, too! Would stay again!

Great stay near the strip

We’ve stayed at this complex before and this unit was another great experience. Exactly as we expected in terms of space, amenities, supplies etc. The welcome snacks were a nice bonus! We did have a few issues with the ac but the host was quick to respond and it didn’t take away from our stay. Still our go to place to sympathize when visiting Vegas.

We loved staying at Alice place. She was really nice and answering any concerns. We traveled with our daughters and she was nice to let us check in early. The condo has easy access to the strip Ave, less than 5 minutes. Stores near by, we loved it. It felt like home. Definitely staying again if we go back to Vegas.

Great location and well maintained

This property was perfect for our family trip. It allowed plenty of space for the 4 of us and was very clean! The location was also very convenient to the areas we visited and kept us away from the hustle and bustle of the strip at night so we could rest and relax after the long days.

Excellent stay at a great location, close to the strip. The owner is fantastic. We had a minor plumbing issue that was out of the owner's control, but she handled it quickly. We really didn't need it handled immediately, just wanted her to know about it, but she had it fixed that day. Super responsive and much appreciated. Beds were comfortable, living room was perfect, and the kitchen was all that we needed. Great place to stay.

Lovely, comfortable unit, fair price. Great staff in complex. Kitchen has the essentials. Good location. Awesome pool The biggest draw back and fail was the 202 bus route from Paradise or Las Vegas blvd to Valley View rd. Totally unreliable!
