The apartment is in a great location, overlooking the lake with a comfortable balcony. It was clean, modern and had an airy feeling that instantly makes you feel comfortable. Just a short walk across the bridge is a piazza area with several lakeside restaurants offering delicious fare. A wonderful golf course is also right on the doorstep. In summary a great apartment and great location. Would definitely recommend

They property was clean, had a nice view of the lake and had very nice kitchen appliances, dish ware. The Village at the Lake was fun!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was clean had everything we needed. We had space to spread out and within walking distance to the village. The view was gorgeous and we really enjoyed. We would absolutely rebook. Communication was perfect.

Great place

Loved the patio. Quiet, restful, very clean and great communication. I recommend this place for a great time of rest yet close enough to Vegas and national parks.

Top notch booking! Really great place to stay right on Lake Las Vegas, with a lovely view and an easy and scenic walk to everything the community has to offer. Easy access to restaurants of all sorts, as well as a small but decently stocked grocery store across the way. The condo itself was impeccably clean, nicely maintained, and very comfortable. Very nice patio with comfortable furniture for lounging and dining. Nice 2-bedroom floorplan with separation of the suites, which really are much like two primary suites, each with its own private bathroom (one also serves as the guest bath, since it's technically outside of the 2nd bedroom. All around a great place to stay on Lake Las Vegas. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place!

My elderly mother and I stayed five nights. It is a lovely condo, clean, and a well equipped kitchen. The views are pretty, peaceful atmosphere and everything you need just a quick walk away.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this beautiful condo and it was just as lovely the second time! Lake Las Vegas is always our go-to and it didn’t disappoint again! Host Raymond was very helpful and communicative! We’ll be back again soon!!

This was our 5th family trip to Lake Las Vegas over the past 6 years. We stayed there 5 nights and by far this was the best rental of them all. The amenities were nice (easy to cook a bit), the aesthetics were great (clean modern look and good AC unit), and the patio was phenomenal. The orientation of this rental makes it to that the sun is only on the patio at sunrise, making it 50-100% shaded after 7am until dusk. A perfect location for breakfast and to watch the people in the village throughout the day. We have always stayed behind the village before, and this was a welcome perspective change. Parking was easier than the village side while the walk was easy and less than 5 minutes. A 15 minute drive down Galleria Dr gets you to plenty of food/shopping, add another 15 minutes and you can go anywhere on the Las Vegas Stip. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a comfortable location to relax and then pop over the hustle a bustle of the city when you want too.

Relax and enjoy

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Lake Las Vegas. We went walking on beautiful trails. We went out to Lake Mead and went fishing with a guide. Nice restaurants in walking distance.

Great condo with beautiful views

We really enjoyed this condo for a trip to see The Eagles at the Sphere. We were concerned about the driving times to and from the Strip, but it was worth it to be in such a beautiful relaxing area vs staying in the city. We also went to see Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam, as well as a (long) drive to Zion to hike.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful place with wonderful patio. Everything needed was included. Be aware, the bed in the Main Bedroom was below standard for such a beautiful place.
