We enjoyed our stay. The space was clean had everything we needed. We had space to spread out and within walking distance to the village. The view was gorgeous and we really enjoyed. We would absolutely rebook. Communication was perfect.

Top notch booking! Really great place to stay right on Lake Las Vegas, with a lovely view and an easy and scenic walk to everything the community has to offer. Easy access to restaurants of all sorts, as well as a small but decently stocked grocery store across the way. The condo itself was impeccably clean, nicely maintained, and very comfortable. Very nice patio with comfortable furniture for lounging and dining. Nice 2-bedroom floorplan with separation of the suites, which really are much like two primary suites, each with its own private bathroom (one also serves as the guest bath, since it's technically outside of the 2nd bedroom. All around a great place to stay on Lake Las Vegas. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo

Condo was just like the pictures. One of the beds was quite squeaky but no other complaints. Lake Las Vegas seemed abandoned though. It was a great getaway but there was not much going on around the condo.

Nice Family Staycation

Great and clean property. Had a lot of the basic needs to make breakfast. The only thing we noticed was the lack of facial tissue to blow our noses which I think should be a given considering the price point of rental. Secondary shower head was leaking water from the neck. Pool was well maintained and clean but women’s restroom did not have hand soap. The gym needs some TLC, equipment looks neglected and dirty. Balcony view was spectacular. Highly recommend AM Pasta Lab in the Village. Freshly made pasta daily that you basically just make at the BnB. They have sauces to go with. We would consider coming back to do a rental with this property management again.

This property was clean and updated with nice views if you saw past the bulldozers and construction happening beyond the lake. It was convenient to be able to walk to restaurants there, although the area was a bit deserted and almost had an abandoned town feel. A little eerie. The issues we had involved an induction range that was not user friendly, a ventless washer/dryer that literally took hours to dry clothes, a Keurig that wouldn't make coffee as it needed descaling (they did bring us a replacement), an incredibly stubborn porch door making it really hard to sit outside, a short supply of towels and no extra bedding. I don't think we'd stay here again.

Our stay at this two-bedroom condo in Lake Las Vegas was nothing short of amazing! The property was beautifully maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Quiet Stay at Lake Las Vegas

The condo was very nice and clean. The appliances top notch, however, the kitchen could have been stocked better. Zero wine glasses, not a single zip lock bag or roll of foil. We had to buy and left a few things. The pool area of the condo was very nice and the week we were there in early October was hardly used. We were a little disappointed in the entertainment area across the lake. Several empty storefronts and only a few restaurants.

Great condo with beautiful views

We really enjoyed this condo for a trip to see The Eagles at the Sphere. We were concerned about the driving times to and from the Strip, but it was worth it to be in such a beautiful relaxing area vs staying in the city. We also went to see Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam, as well as a (long) drive to Zion to hike.

Beautiful location with ALL the amenities

A week with our family in Vegas, but we wanted to stay more remotely so we could be away from the craziness when we wanted downtime. This was ideal. The home is so spacious and well-laid out, with everything we needed to be comfortable. LOVED the outdoor seating where we enjoyed coffee every morning and drinks at night overlooking the lake. We loved the coffee shop and Mexican restaurant on property, and enjoyed some watersports on the lake as well as the fabulous pool. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Amazing Little Community

This property was right on the mark of how it looks in the pictures. The living room and balcony furniture was very comfortable. We loved the ambiance of the faux fire place and the view! Beds were very cozy as well. Our favorite part about the community was that there were 5-6 restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance right across the lake. We would definitely come back and stay.

Perfect condo on the lake

We truly enjoyed our time in this condo at Lake Las Vegas. They had everything you needed, and it was very clean, which is important to us. The location is perfect. It’s walking distance to the village where you can have dinner at a great restaurant. We also spent quite a bit of time on the deck. This condo was perfect for our family of four.
