This home has 2 dining areas,along with 2 living areas. Thereis a new sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress
This home is equipped with several air purifiers and humidifiers available for guest use
This home has a garage that is available for guest use
Back yard is completely secluded with patio furniture and gas bbq. Great for Entertaining.
Located only a few minutes to the strip, convention center and 8 min to airport. Home is in great location and easy to access I-15 and I-215. South Point Casino only 2 blocks away, with bowling, movie theaters, huge sports book and poker room, many restaurants and lots of entertainment. Green Valley Ranch and the District, All new Town Center with many shops and great restaurants and bars are all only a few minutes away. The beautiful M resort only a few miles away. GREAT LOCATION.
Grocery stores only 2 blocks away.
EOS and Planet fitness a few blocks away.

Perfect Location for Events at South Point

For those coming into town for events at South Point, this spacious, clean home is a great quiet break from the Casino. 4 minute drive to South Point. Communication with the owner was fast and helpful. Totally recommend staying here.

The property owner was very kind/quick to provide/respond with information. My family and I very much enjoyed the stay! The beds were soooo comfortable. When cooking a meal, the kitchen was well stocked. If we get the opportunity to go back to Las Vegas, we will definitely look to rent this house again!! Thank you Rae for a pleasant stay!

It is a beautiful and comfortable house. One of the beds were a little high, but there was a stool to get on the bed. Close to the strip, the sphere, to Trader Joe's. Quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again!!!
