Stylish, Spacious and clean Vegas Vacation Home

Stylish, spacious and clean 3 BR 2 BA house with lots of parking space, free WiFi, Netflix, Hulu 2 min from freeway entrance and only 13 min from Las Vegas Strip and 10 min from downtown, grocery store within walking distance, house features 6 beds including a daybed. Huge porch with turf and outside dining and BBQ. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. You will enjoy your time at our place. Garage not available, it's an attached studio also available for rent if you need additional space. Carport available for parking and a lot of extra parking on the street. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood.

    •    House was dusty upon arrival (full of dust)    •    Bedsheets were not clean (dusty/ smelled old)    •    Shower curtain fell on my head twice (in both bathrooms)     •    Towel rack came off the wall, causing me to fall in the bathroom (hurt my back)     •    Kitchen ventilation system does not work!    •    Pans are worn out and scratched (useless, dirty & disgusting)    •    Coffee machine was dirty (we couldn’t use it even after washing it multiple times)     •    Dishwasher does not work!!     •    Smoke detectors need new batteries and go off randomly (including at night) causing noise!•in the bedroom curtain doesn’t clover all the windows- unable to sleep due to light from the window. • Bed almost fell apart whils I was sleeping I was afraid to move not to break the bed! (I’m 116lbs) • towels were so dirty and old It still smelled bad after washing!! Note: The host did send a cleaning person to the property after these issues were reported, the cleaning lady didn’t fix these issues. House is still filthy. Cleaning lady was standing there texting- She washed 2 pairs of bedsheets together on 40 minutes cycle moved them in the dryer and left the house. I had to wash the remaining bedsheets and put it back on beds. Overall this house is disgustingly dirty- and no - you will not relax or enjoy . Stay away from this place!

I stayed here with my family. I have stayed here twice. Property is very clean, we had a small hiccup during this stay, however host was quick to assist in solving our small issue. Definitely recommend. 5 stars across the board.

Light bulbs out in every room. Only 3 wash cloths. One tub didn’t drain well so it left you standing in your dirty water and you could hear the guy living in the garage snoring late night/early morning! Oh and no hot tub as stated in the property details. The backyard is the best feature! The clock on the stove and microwave wasn’t even set to the correct time.

When we arrived the floor was absolutely filthy. Everyone took our shoes off at the door, and within a few minutes we all had visibly black feet. The floor is all tile and was noticeably sticky throughout the house. I found a mop in the utility closet and mopped the whole house. There was also a swiffer in the utility closet and it was obvious the swiffer is what was used to clean the entire house.The rugs were also noticeably not vaccumed.The hot water lasted about 5 minutes and would run cold. The bedding in each room had black hairs all over the sheets like they hadnt been washed since the last guest, so i washed all the bedding as well. No laundry soap in the unit so i purchased some. We cooked everyday we were there, and almost all the dishes in the cabinet needed to be rewashed. On our 3rd day there the water heater went out completely. The host was quick to answer her phone and instruct us how to reset the water heater, which we did, but it did not fix the issue. However, host was avaliable to respond to us.

Mixed review

Home was clean and location was good for our needs. It would have been nice to have a welcome book with instructions for the house and where to find things.. The furnishings are dated and some need repair/replacement. A number of the lights didn't work and some of the mattresses need to be replaced. When we were there the temperatures outside dropped into the 40's and the heat wouldn't stay set. After a couple of hours, it reset to 64 degrees and we would have to adjust it again.

Improve your business home.

It was very disgusting. We found broken bed frames & bed sheets were super dirty. Trash in the living room, the closet doors were almost falling. And also we found some towels with bad smell. Under the bed we found a lot more trash as well.

Golf trip

This home was clean and just as stated in the Vrbo site. Location was great for our golf trip. We enjoyed our stay very much. Neighborhood is a little questionable but we didn’t have any problems. I would recommend this property for someone looking in this area.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much for hosting us, definitely would recommend. We felt safe, we were able to park both our cars in the driveway, the house was clean and nice. 5 stars all around.

Almost Perfect

The house was clean & had almost everything we needed. We loved the outdoor patio & there was even a pool table in the garage. The owner was responsive and brought over some light bulbs which were totally burned out in one bedroom. The cleaners didn't leave any garbage bags or kleenex, so we had to buy our own. But, that was minor & probably an oversight. Our only real criticism was one of the mattresses in the back bedroom. It appeared to be made of solid foam - absolutely no give at all, even for a person who likes a hard mattress. Overall, we would stay again.

Pleasant Enough

Overall this house was fine for the purpose of sleep and sleep only- but we would not stay again. I had to reach out to the contact on the day of check-in because we had not received ANY correspondence from initial booking 10 months ago. She did not respond via text, but did answer when I called. She was pleasant and allowed for an earlier checkin. Once check-in information was received it was an easy process to get into the property. Although, it wasn’t the nicest neighborhood it was quiet and we did feel safe. It was a somewhat easy commute to the strip. The pictures listed on VRBO do not match the current furniture structure of the house, but that wasn’t terribly problematic, but wasn’t what we were expecting. We did kill a roach on the counter in the kitchen which was gross. There were not real bath towels and we had to use decorative towels that were hanging in the bathrooms. Overall, the beds were comfy enough, we slept well, we were safe and Alba was nice to speak to and accommodating to our early check in request, but we wouldn’t stay again.

Las Vegas Stay

Kinda seedy neighborhood, and location is 15-20 minutes from strip, very doable. Grocery stores nearby- anything you may need is just a short distance. Property is as described. Bed comfort was fair, and low to the ground. Floors look clean, but are not. Just one trip walking from the primary bedroom to the kitchen, my feet were black. The living room had a ball of human black hair under one of the chairs and another one in the corner by the doorway. Really gross. It's not my hair- grossed me out. There is an area rug in there, but the carpet it lays is really stained up and dirty. I Felt like that room was so dirty. I wouldn't stay again for that reason. Just wasn't clean to me. If you cook in your vacation rentals you'll find the kitchen stocked pretty good. There is no toaster or sheet pans, or pizza pan, but other than that I had no complaints, as far as cooking. We killed several black bugs in the kitchen while staying there 2 days. Coming from the behind the cabinets. I don't know if this is just lack of pest control or an infestation? Would not stay again. Primary bathroom cabinet is unusable. Broken and missing drawers.

Awesome newlywed vacation

Location was great. Property was nice and secured. Felt safe at night. Gaming room needs a little fixing up. Some fixtures needed to be attended to. Other than that A/C and wifi were excellent. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Local Staycation

Beautiful home lots of parking space property manager responds quickly and is flexible with certain accommodations only con I have is that we needed a larger trash bin and the beds are big and all but aren't really comfortable. I think they're too firm for my liking and my husband cousin and myself woke up with back pains but other than that everything was amazing. Conveniently close to shopping centers and the mall. Would recommend 😊
