A family of 8 stayed for 5 nights. Decent rate for New Years weekend and the reviews were good. Communication with the host was good until he stopped responding to our requests. He was kind to let us check in early as I requested that. So here are some pros and cons of our stay:Pros: quiet neighborhood Easy check inInternet connection was goodClean houseWasher/dryer availableCons:No dining room table/chairsNo floor mat in bathrooms(host did not respond to my request for floor mats). At risk for falls when water gets on the wooden floors. No bedside table in 2 bed rooms. The room where my husband and I stayed in only had 1 chair and that was where he had put our jewelry/phone, etc. Towel holder fell as I was grabbing my towel after a shower. Towel holder was not secured.Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom for the 5 nights we stayed.No exhaust vent in the kitchenNo disposal in kitchen sinkOne of the barstool chairs is unstable.
