Lake Las Vegas Vacation getaway. Twenty minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy Lake Access to kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Season's grocery store is a 5-minute walk from this beautiful condo: restaurants, wine bar, and ice cream for your taste buds. Lake Las Vegas is a Master Planned Resort community located minutes from the Las Vegas strip with a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two golf courses; one private Jack Nicklaus course located on South Shore is for Members, and the 18 hole Reflection Bay golf course is located on North Shore and is also a Jack Nicklaus designed course.

In addition to the shopping at Lake Las Vegas, the District in nearby Green Valley is a 10-minute drive from the lake as is The Galleria Mall. Of course, gaming is available at the Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino. All three casinos are within 14 minutes of the Lake. Movie theaters with luxury reclining seats are available at Sunset Station.

For the nature lover and hike, you will find several Rails to Trails walks nearby. Spectacular views of Lake Mead on the Historic Railroad Hiking trail takes you through several tunnels along Lake Mead all the way to Hoover Dam. The spectacular Red Rocks are 35 minutes away and provide over 21 Hiking trails in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Waterfalls, unique plant life, and desert critters provide interesting and beautiful sites along the trails.

For the skier and snowboarder, Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort are located at Mount Charleston an hour from Lake Las Vegas.

The host was great at communicating the check-in procedures, but the amenities were sparse. One small bar of soap for both bathrooms. Definitely need to step up the basic provisions for guests.

Great location - walk over the pedestrian bridge to get to coffee shops and restaurants. It’s also a close drive to Hoover dam and many trail heads. Property felt safe. The flat was clean, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were nice and big. Checkin was easy. However, there are a lot of door codes if you want to use the amenities. If you only plan on using the flat, it’s only two door codes. We would def. comeback - much better than staying at a LV hotel, in my opinion!

Beautiful View

The unit was very nice for two couples. We enjoyed the pool and the resturants that were within walking distance. It was a very quiet area which we preferred. We just took an Uber to downtown for our concert which was less than 50.00. I would definately stay again!

Family Time

Beautiful condo with amazing view overlooking lake. Perfect for extended weekend with our son. Convenient for exploring in and around Vegas. We even got to see the dragon boat races from our balcony. We enjoyed morning walks around the lake grounds and shopping/restaurant village areas. Lots of parking available. We would definitely stay again.

Close to Vegas, but a World Away

First time staying at Lake Las Vegas. We come to Vegas often to visit our daughter, who lives in Henderson and recommended this community. Could not have been happier. Condo was very clean, comfortable, quiet and has a nice view of the lake, which also includes wonderful paddling/boating entertainment through several rental options. The “village” includes some decent restaurants and grocery store. The highlight for us was the 8 mile wetlands loop walking trail 5 minutes from the condo. 25-30 minutes downtown, if you want to do that, but between 15 minutes the excellent Smith’s grocery store for cooking in the condo and some nice restaurants in Henderson, we didn’t even need/want to do that on this trip. This will be our go-to on visits to see our daughter from now on!

Beautiful Property

The property was very beautiful and it was a joy to wake up to the beautiful scenary each morning. The amenities were good but could be better. I was under the impression that I could use the washer/dryer that's in the unit but it was locked and I was then informed that I had to use the community washer/dryers. I had to buy laundry detergent, etc since there was not enough provided.

Nice, quiet area

Bedside lamp in smaller bedroom had broken switch. Lamp could only be turned on and off by unscrewing and re-screwing bulb into socket. A luggage rack would have been helpful. Bed in larger bedroom was comfortable but had very squeaky springs.Through VRBO, I had inquired about the possibility of having an air mattress and bed linens I had been assured that that would indeed be possible. I had also directly communicated with the property owner regarding same possibility of an air mattress so that my 14-year-old grandson would not have to sleep on the couch for five nights. I was again assured that would be available. However, it never happened. He slept on the couch. There was a small wooden tray table in the bedroom. The bottom had been broken out. It seems that it shouldbe repaired or replaced. The place was quiet and clean. Nice location. Nice walking trail nearby.

Great balcony views!

The area is quiet and the balcony and view were fantastic. The front room floor had lots of fuzz and hair (pet hair?) and food crumbs, and the coffee table was very dusty. Nearly every wall in the suite has had poorly done repairs with paint that often does not match. Lots of the small pieces of furniture are damaged or broken. The toilet paper holder in the master bedroom is falling off the wall. The host did not answer or respond at all to my question about parking on the strip.The walking trails nearby were great!

Great VRBO Rental!

The Luna West building was great and clean. The condo was exactly as described and had all the amenities that we needed for the week. The views of the lake and the mountains were spectacular. I enjoyed the quietnesss and laidback vibe of Lake Las Vegas compared to the Vegas strip.
