Spring Valley 2 Bedrooms 5 Miles from the Strip

Centered in western Las Vegas at 4.9 miles away from the Strip in Spring Valley in a quiet neighborhood. Except for holiday season, 30 Day Minimum Stay. This two bedroom home as a fully equipped kitchen. The master King bedroom has a private bath, smart TV with cable, and access to the backyard. The second Queen bedroom has immediate bathroom access. Thee living room has a large screen smart TV and cable, with recliner, and a pullout couch that accommodate 2 more guests. With washer, dryer and 2 car garage with clickers, makes this a convenient home. for mid term rentals.

Please also know that though we can house 9 guests…there will be an automatic additional guest fee of $10 per person after the 4th person per night. For example…5th person($10) X 2 nights = $20

There will be a $50 per person per night , to be charged if guest brings extra guests to stay overnight or visit the house without pre-approval of their host.

Perfect for Climbers

Rose was an awesome, communicative, thorough host. We found everything easily and the house has everything you need if you want to hang out at the house and cook. We had an easy 20 min drive to the crag every day. I would definitely recommend staying here if you came to climb!

Perfect!

The house was clean and had everything that we needed. It's in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the strip. The host was friendly and helpful during the whole stay. I definitely recommend this house and will consider staying here on my next trip to Vegas!

Excellent

This property had everything we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood not far from the strip. House was very well equipped and in excellent repair. Loved the comfortable bed and lots of fluffy towels for the bathrooms. Highly recommend this property.

Responsive Owner - Comfortable Home

Our stay was mainly enjoyable. We did notice some noise from the outside due to the older style single pane windows but usually this was not a big deal. Traveling to the strip usually took 20 to 30 minutes but we seldom made that journey so did not mind. The home was comfortable for 2 seniors. Reclining chair is above average in comfort. Main room large-screen TV was modern & streaming capable. Bedroom TV had good cable package. Parking in the attached garage was very convenient.

Relaxing and Quiet

Rose was a fabulous host. Very inviting and helpful from pre-booking to checkout. House is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Great for couple or family. Kitchen is well stocked for eating in. Very clean property. Recommend if you need a place to stay off of the strip. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Easy access back and forth to airport as well.
