This lovely home offers four spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom has two 2 comfortable full beds and 1 convertible sofa, an ensuite bathroom, a wet-bar, and an adorable desk, perfect for use as a make-up vanity when your whole group is getting ready and fighting for a mirror, or for use as a laptop friendly workspace for that work away from home!

Our second bedroom boasts one luxurious full bed, perfect for the couple seeking a bit more privacy during their vacation!

Our third and fourth bedrooms have two comfortable full beds perfect for a restful sleep, featuring an awesome, modern design. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our bedrooms offer a perfect blend of tranquility and sophistication, ensuring a restful night's sleep in the Entertainment Capital of the World.

Immerse yourself in the sleek design and thoughtful amenities of these spa-like spaces, featuring contemporary fixtures and plush towels for your comfort. Our ensuite bathroom, located in the primary bedroom, has a sleek, stand-up shower with toilet and sink, and a really cool neon sign that you can't help but smile when you see!

Our guest bathroom has both a separate stand-up shower and a soaking tub with 2 sinks for your convenience. Whether you're getting ready for a night out on the Strip or unwinding after a day of exploring, our bathrooms provide a private sanctuary for relaxation. Complimentary toiletries are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton balls, Q-Tips, dental flossers, and tampons.

Please note, our outdoor space is in progress. While we do have a private, fenced backyard space, equipped with a pomegranate tree, it is only gravel at this time and is not maintained, as it is not advertised for guest use. Stay tuned for our backyard renovation in the coming months, as we place to expand our Las Vegas oasis to include a private sanctuary in our very own backyard!

By Occupying this home, occupants are participating in a shared ownership agreement, during the dates of their stay. Occupants must sign a member agreement, which is sent in advance via email. Upon signing the membership agreement and taking occupancy of the home, you will be legitimate owners. Congratulations!

An owner hotline is available from 8am-9pm during your stay, but may not be available overnight.

A $150 security deposit is required against any potential damage or loss of items.
Long-term stays are welcome!

☆☆LLC DISCLAIMER ☆☆

This property operates in compliance with state and local law. It is not a short-term rental. This is a shared ownership arrangement, which is not a new concept. It helps offset the common expenses between the members/owners. Ownership is held in an LLC. The governing document is called an operating agreement. This sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner, as well as all features and policies of the LLC. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of the property you must be assigned a membership/ownership interest in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with a right to use the property. This online platform is utilized because there are many members. We use this online platform/portal for scheduling and booking of this property on a first come first serve basis. We are consistently looking to attract new members to help offset the common expenses to maintain the property. This property can only be used by members of the LLC only.
HOUSE RULES:

-Be respectful.
-Clean up after yourself, indoors and out.
-Be mindful of noise, especially after 9pm.
-Do not tamper with the cameras, noise monitor, lights, WiFi, pool equipment (if applicable) or any other equipment. Tampering may lead to a $175 charge.
-Guests must sign Rental Agreement that is sent via email. All persons in the rental party will be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
-$150 Security deposit is required

Communication with owner was good, despite that there was some difficulties at the begining and that for some reason the house was no longer lister on VRBO.One of the bathroom was not properly cleaned at arrival (some hair on the floor, carpet not clean...)Location was close to the convention center which was a plus.Overall ok, but definetely not for business trip with people of medium/high standards.
