• Pool cleaning takes place every Thursday. The pool technician will access the backyard only.
• Trash pickup is every Tuesday. Please place bins at the curb the night before and return them after collection.
• Please use the swimming pool responsibly and at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No smoking, no marijuana, and no illegal drugs are allowed inside the house.
• In accordance with City of Las Vegas regulations, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful neighborhood environment.

Immaculate home close to so many attractions but nicely nestled in a quiet neighborhood which was also very close to grocery and local shopping. Host was so helpful and responsive with any questions or assistance needed! 10/10 already looking forward to booking again!

Utilized this home as a base for our family of four while we were visiting my parents and sister for the Thanksgiving holiday. The rooms were private, the kitchen was spacious, the shower space was wonderful.We did not utilize the pool because it was November, and cold outside, but it looked like a wonderful amenity during warmer months. Our host had the home well prepared for us and we had excellent communication with her during our stay. Would definitely consider booking this property again.

Fantastic experience. Home was incredibly clean and well furnished. Host was excellent at communicating and checking in. My daughter left a favorite necklace that they found and mailed back to us. Beds were clean and comfy. Plenty of parking in garage and driveway. Lots of dining options nearby. Close to Freeways and 15 mins or so from strip. Highly recommend!

Very roomy, comfortable and just right for day to day living. We didn't feel like it was stuffy that you couldn't just enjoy. Little bummed with no heated pool but the weather was perfect so cooler pool worked out.

"Hip Hip Hooray, We Enjoyed Our Stay"!

Outstanding! The home was very clean, well stocked with clean linens, essentials and ALL the seasonings a cook desires and needs. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and 20 min. from the Las Vegas strip. Definitely recommend this vacation home. My only concern were the dogs next door.
