Effective January 1, 2024, all rental reservations (Palms Place rental program, private rentals, and third-party rentals) will require a daily hotel security deposit of $100 per day to cover any incidental expenses that may arise during your guest's stay. Palms Place will authorize your guest's debit or credit card for any incidental/security deposit at the rate of $100 per day, subject to a maximum hold of $500 per stay. The authorization hold will be released and refunded to the guest upon checkout should no additional charges be incurred.
