The place was very clean and location was great. We felt very safe in the gated community. Due to the following, I gave an overall rating of 3. The house was very warm when we arrived. Due to the thermostat requiring a passcode to adjust the temperature, I had to contact the manager who contacted the owner. They promptly adjusted the temperature to 72. My family woke up in the middle of the night sweating the temperature was back up to 88 degrees. At 1:30am I had to call the manager again to adjust the thermostat setting. He promptly adjusted it back to 72. Needs more towels..A washing machine and dryer were listed as amenities but, there wasn’t any so we couldn’t wash the towels for reuse.

Great for what we needed!

We were in town for a wedding in North Vegas, so this place was perfect for what we needed. One downfall was that ubers and lyfts always wanted to drop us off at the gate instead of the property. We usually just walked there for pick up to make it easier. Make sure to bring the garage opener when you leave so that you are able to get back into the neighborhood especially if you are staying out late.

These owners are WEIRDOS!

This is in a ghetto neighborhood we heard gun shots every night and on top of that you aren’t allowed to sleep on the couches on top of that they have cameras all around the place one of the guests said a cuss word and I IMMEDIATELY got a call from the owner saying stop cussing... lol there’s gunshots in your neighborhood why are you worried about cussing the owners constantly threatened to call police because we kept going outside to get stuff from our cars HORRIBLE STAY we spent two nights and received 10 calls and 6 texts from the owner

Hazel was very helpful. But the house rules book should be rewritten. Instead of every rule starting " do not" it should say please. The home needs more linens, more dishes. We bought a toaster and measuring cups and left them for future guests.

Disappointing

Garbage can full when we arrived. Garbage bag full of used linens in the hallway. House smelled like smoke. Cannabis dispenser box left in one of the bedrooms. Owner seemed not to care when I sent pics of everything mentioned here. His reply: “My apologies the last guest were there for a week. The maids must have overlooked some things and garbage goes out today.” Really? Thanks for your concern.

The home was very clean and comfortable. It was further out from the strip than what I expected, therefore we spent more money on Ubers than we had planned. Nice place to stay in North Las Vegas

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very nice place. The only issue we had was house rules being a little more stringent than usual (such as no reclining the furniture, no lounging on the sofas, and not to rearrange the furniture pillows). We were traveling with nieces and nephew ages 7, 11, and 14, so this made us a little paranoid and overly fearful that they would mess up something. There is also a lot of beautiful but easily breakable decor (vases, etc), which is aesthetically pleasing to adults but worrisome with small children. Consequently, I don’t think I would recommend this as place to stay for people with kids, but a wonderful place for adults. Would definitely stay here again when vacationing with my wife and 20-year-old son, just not with the children. The house is in a nice, gated neighborhood and it is an easy drive to just about anywhere from this location.

Clean, Easy and Convenient

Everything was very clean and in good repair. Well furnished and Hazel was pleasant to work with. There were only 2 bedrooms and one bathroom available (the master was locked), not an issue for us as there were only 2 people total staying there, however if it is a larger party, I would recommend checking on the availability of the master bedroom. The home is located in a gated community, and the neighbors were very quiet. Overall, it is a great place and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home

This home was just as advertised. If you are looking for a well kept place that’s simple in its amenities without being “cheap”, then this is for you. It was great for us as we weren’t going to be in the house much and didn’t want to pay for ridiculous extras we didn’t need. It’s in a nice gated community just far enough out to be quiet at night, but close enough to the action if you want it. The A/C and all the appliances in the home are in perfect working order. The patio was very enjoyable for an evening night cap or breakfast in the am. There is a small grill, but we didn’t use it. The property contact, Hazel, was very pleasant and helpful. We realized we forgot something important to us when we got home. She was kind enough to go over there later (on a holiday) and look for it. She let us know immediately when she found it. This is a great place with caring owners. Thank you.
