Check in was super easy and pleasant but when I got to the room I was disappointed, there were no chairs other than a backless bench seat. When you book a room where you can prepare food and eat, there really should be somewhere to sit and eat, only the bench seat and a desk…… no table. Toilet seat was badly broken, I called Jill and reported it, along with the clogged shower drain, and the broken telephone, she said “ I don’t know if anyone is available today to fix the toilet” really? They eventually got someone to fix it that day, I also told her that I wasn’t going to have somebody rodding the drain during my stay, as it would stink up the entire unit….. this is what I don’t understand, doesn’t anyone check the rooms? Toilet seat was so obvious, and the filthy shower floors(see pictures) also the phone was not repaired or replaced.The good news was all the service people (bellhop, valet, check in) were really easy to work with. I also wanted to mention that the signature building does indeed have a walkway directly to the MGM including several people movers.Would I stay here again? Probably not
