Living Area: A Queen pull-out sofa with a memory foam mattress and a second full bathroom, providing total privacy for two couples or families.

THE "PRIVATE OWNER" ADVANTAGE
We offer these penthouses at hundreds of dollars less than the hotel’s website. To provide these savings, we operate under an ABB model:

Cleaning: Your suite is professionally deep-cleaned just before you arrive. Unlike the hotel, we do not provide daily housekeeping, towel refreshes, or trash removal during your stay.

Need More? A placard in the suite provides contact info for our private housekeeping service, who can provide mid-stay refreshes, extra towels, and supplies for a nominal fee.

Supplies: We provide 6 towels per suite and a "starter kit" of toiletries/paper products. For longer stays, we recommend bringing extras or visiting a nearby shop. Both bathrooms have have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Laundry: Stays of 7+ days enjoy free access to washers and dryers. Ask us about this.

VALET & CHECK-IN
Free Valet: Complimentary for one car per suite. (Note: If the Signature garage reaches capacity, staff may route you to the MGM Grand garage; walking instructions are provided in our Welcome Guide).

Requirements: Primary guest must be 21+. A standard $100/night ($300 max) incidental hold is required at check-in via credit card.
