Nestled in a peaceful and secure neighborhood at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom gem is designed to cater to all your vacation needs.

Our spacious 2,100 sq ft home is just 15 minutes from the dazzling Las Vegas Strip, offering you the ideal mix of city excitement and serene retreat. With brand-new furnishings and decor, this property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Whether you're here to explore, relax, or catch up with loved ones, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean, spacious and welcoming. The appliances all worked and the temperature in the house was perfect (we could adjust it). This house has 4 spacious bedrooms with two queen beds and 2 king beds, desks and 2 1/2 baths, all working well. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you.

Schönes Haus, 20 Minuten vom Strip entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist neu und sehr anschaulich. Die Klimaanlage und die Regelung ist nicht ganz einfach. In der Nacht ist diese definitiv zu laut.

We were down in Vegas for a soccer tournament. This property was so convenient not only to the field, but also to lots of yummy restaurants and groceries. Had access to the garage with was nice. Overall was great

Great place to stay and a great owner!

We stayed from the middle of October to January 31st. Off to Maui for a month and then back from March 1st to April 15th. Josiah and his staff have been easy to communicate with for anything we've needed which hasn't been much. Close to great golf and plenty of fun restaurants. The Summerlin area is a great place to spend the winter. Thanks Josiah!

Lovely home in western Las Vegas

My husband and I stayed here while we visited my son and his family in Summerlin. It was about 15 minutes away in a quiet neighborhood. The house was spacious and well furnished. It was perfect for our needs and Josiah was available and very helpful. A spacious lovely home!

Nice place to stay

The neighborhood was not my favorite- one of the neighbors had loud music playing from his open garage. But the house was lovely inside and clean. We enjoyed the plentiful seating in the kitchen area and the overhead shower-head upstairs. The host was very attentive. Would book again.

Just Right!

This property was just what we needed for our stay! The interior is beautifully done, especially that upstairs master bathroom. As a family of 5 with kids ages 11-18, the house was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Josiah was very responsive and easy to work with. It was a nice distance from the strip and very accessible to other parts of the city. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Can't say enough about the rental. Communication pre-stay was great. House was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed (including laundry soap, cooking basics like spices / oil / coffee). Had an issue with the coffee maker so sent the owner a text and a new one was on the porch within a few hours. Would highly recommend.

The house was very nice and well maintained. The check in process was seamless. Our only issue, which is not the property owner’s fault, is the neighbor’s dog. It barked all night and made sleeping difficult.
