ABOUT THE SUITE

Experience Las Vegas in this 875 sq ft, one-bedroom, two-bathroom corner suite. The modern, bright space is designed for comfort and luxury.

• Living Room: Features a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a dedicated workspace, and direct access to a private balcony with captivating sunset views over the Las Vegas Strip.

• Master Bedroom: A peaceful retreat with a plush king-sized bed and unique views of the F1 pit stop and TopGolf.

• Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with an electric stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All necessary dishes, cookware, and small appliances are provided, along with a dining table.

• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. The spacious master bath includes a large jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation.


PARKING

The Signature is a valet-only property. Guests of The Signature at MGM Grand receive complimentary valet parking for up to one vehicle per reservation. Parking for additional guest vehicles will be directed to the MGM Grand self-parking structure. Valet is based upon availability, and is first come first serve. Guests are encouraged to plan ahead during weekends, holidays, and peak periods as spaces are limited. Vehicles that are redirected to park at the MGM Grand (due to Valet availability at The Signature at MGM Grand) will be provided with a complimentary parking pass for MGM Grand. (Please note this complimentary parking pass does not apply to any secondary vehicles in a single reservation).


GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have private access to the entire corner suite and its balcony. Your stay also includes full access to the world-class amenities at both The Signature at MGM Grand and the main MGM Grand resort.

INTERACTION

This is a privately owned suite, so you can enjoy a seamless and private stay without interruption. We will not be present during your stay but are available via the platform or phone for any questions or needs. For on-site requests like extra towels, please use the contact information for our private service provided within the suite, not the hotel front desk.


RULES

• Check-In: Check-in is at the front desk of Tower 2, available any time after 3:00 PM. You must present a government-issued ID (min 21 years old) and a credit/debit card for a refundable security deposit of $100 per day, up to a maximum of $300.

• Reservation Name: The primary guest checking in must be the person whose name is on the reservation. Please let us know in advance if you are booking for someone else so we can add their name.

• Extra Guests: The base rate includes 2 guests. A fee of $20 per guest, per night, applies to the 3rd and 4th guests. Please ensure your guest count is accurate.

• Housekeeping: As a private rental, daily housekeeping is not included. It can be arranged for an additional fee upon request.

• Guest Requests: For items like extra towels or shampoo, please contact our private service directly using the information in the suite. Requests made before 4:00 PM will be fulfilled the same day.
