Host was Amazing property perfect for us!

We would forsure rent again. Pool was perfect for night swims Close to strip. Highly recommend this place!

we had a wonderful time at this location. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the home was clean and well maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable and and spacious. the common areas were well maintained and comfortable. Decorated with a cool Las Vegas flair. It was easy to navigate Las Vegas from this home.

Excellent for family and visiting Las Vegas

Excellent contact, nice house in quiet neighborhood. Good for visiting Las Vegas in short driving distance to the strip. Very big pool! We recommend this house and would book it again.

Quiet and Relaxing Stay

Enjoyed the stay very much!! The Host was exceptional and made sure at the beginning everything was good with the stay. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Overall, a very relaxing trip, myself and the other guests truly enjoyed the stay. The pool was definitely an added joy to utilize. Thanks Pon for being such a Fantastic host!!!

Short but sweet

Our trip to Vegas was a quick one, but such a handy location and place to stay with our family of 5. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of room, and great communication with property manager. Only hiccup was us knowing how to run the door locks! Would stay here again. So much better for a family of 5 over a congested casino and separate rooms.

Convenient & comfortable, not a great neighborhood

A very comfortable house conveniently located 15 minutes from the Sphere (purpose of our visit) and the center part of the Strip but the neighborhood made us feel not entirely secure. The property manager was very responsive both at check in and during our stay, helping us quickly resolve a few issues we encountered.

Overall our stay was great. Ubers were amazing and easy to use. No more than a 10-15 minute drive to most places we needed to go. Our hostess was easy to get in touch with and happy to help. The only thing that would have been helpful was hand soap in the bathrooms.

Our family had a lovely stay at Pon’s home. Super comfortable beds and wonderful showers (rain type). Pon, our host, was so kind in working with us on check on and check out and even brought some delicious fried rice for our family to enjoy after a long day walking the strip and going to the Jimmy Buffet concert. Thank you! 💞

Avoid this property !!

The house was a flip, part of exterior still unfinished. Illegal gas line running around back of house. Construction equipment left on front lawn. House was unlocked when we arrived, back sliding patio door would not lock. In LVRM 2 of the 3 couches were so worn that only one person could sit on them at least 20 years old and very worn. TV control cable box was missing, along with the proper remotes to control them, we called owner she sent "helper" after an hour who was unable to replace box. In KTCH, not enough utensils for more that 4 people. Dishwasher was not attached to cabinets and when door opened the unit would fall forward. Several of the light fixtures would not function. One bedroom door had the jam torn away and could not be latched. Bathroom and kitchen faucets were plumbed backwards and the shower heads (2) were installed upside down and sprayed onto the floors. Several wall outlet covers were missing along with missing switches on wall controls.

Best stay ever!

It was an amazing place to stay at. It was very hot though, not use to that weather, Host/Owner was very kind to make sure AC was on and fans when we got there that was so nice because it was needed. Pool was super clean, my family loved it. Place is super clean, Host/Owner was very attentive and would response for any question, that is always a plus for me, great communication. Very relaxed stay during our stay there! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone! Dont miss out on thus Property for your Vacation stay in Las Vegas! Also very very close to the Strip !
