Upon entering our property gate, you`re greeted by our 5-unit apartment-style building. Each unit is self-contained, with its own living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Laundry is available for occupant use in our shared laundry room, for a small fee less than $5 per load, for added convenience, we exclusively accept credit card payments. Simply pay via our app on your phone, bypassing the hassle of coins, to ensure your stay is both seamless and delightful.

Parking is straightforward with four spots available in the lot in front of the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is also available on the street, along with paid options in the lot around the corner.
