Welcome to your exclusive Las Vegas Vacation Home with your own private oasis pool! Beautifully renovated, convenient central location with ample parking space in central Las Vegas neighborhood of Spring Valley 15 min from the Harry Reid airport, just down the street from Chinatown, and of course, quick entry (7 min drive) to the world renowned and famous Las Vegas Strip. This home features three bedrooms each with one queen sized bed plus two twin size single person beds in the master bedroom all with deluxe memory foam mattresses and large sofa in living room for extra sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, microwave, coffee station, and many more amenities you and your guests will enjoy during your stay. It is also equipped with all essential new appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and microwave. There is also gated RV parking on the property, let me know if you'd like access to park. **Large parties or loud gatherings are NOT allowed at this home** Private backyard with tall mature surrounding trees blocking any neighbors from viewing with pool for relaxing outside. There is a gorgeous covered patio with a seating area that is perfect for spending time outside. Parking: There is plenty of parking on premises, please park either on driveway, inside garage, sidewalk in front of home, or along sidewalk beside the home. Please do not park or take up space in any of the neighbors areas. There is also gated RV parking into the side yard, let me know if this is requested and I can unlock the gate. Sometimes I may meet in person and check guests in if I am available, otherwise I live a short distance away and available whenever I am needed. Located in central part of Las Vegas in Spring Valley which is close to nearby grocery shopping and the Las Vegas Strip. You may get around by car, foot or bus. Free parking on site. There is a NoiseAware device installed in the home. This is not a listening or recording device. This device will simply notify host if the noise level goes above a certain volume. This device is for consideration of the neighborhood and ensuring no parties will occur, please do not touch these devices. - No large gatherings and parties are NOT permitted. - No loud music outdoors. - No loitering outside in front of the house. - No more than 11 adults on-premises. - Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours: 11 pm - 7 am. - No wearing shoes inside, house slippers provided. - No Smoking inside permitted outdoors ONLY, any odors from smoke detected after checkout will result in a $300 fine. - Adult supervision required at all times for any children in the pool or backyard. - No lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk. - Pool cleaner comes every Thursday around 11am - Sometimes I will have Amazon packages arrive for the house, if you dont mind, please bring them inside! - Daily cleaning service is available pending notice ahead of time and availability for $75 per day

Overnight stay

We had it scheduled for longer but due to a death in our family, only one of us went for one night due to business. It was a clean property with plenty of room for a larger group. A little unsure on what requirements were needed prior to leaving, i.e. laundry, etc. so left as is after tidying up.

Needs updated landscaping. Pool was dirty. Kitchen was outfitted by someone who doesn’t cook..missing many essentials(serving bowls,measuring cups,vegetable peeler). Sleeping accommodations…there are 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds, a daybed with a trundle bed and a rollaway cot…no hide a bed sofas. Great location with 15 minute drive to the Strip and airport.

Winter desert getaway

Came for a climbing trip in red rocks with friends and our dog, very much enjoyed John's place! It is well maintained and John was responsive to our inquiries. Close enough to restaurants and Chinatown but had to watch out for broken glass on the street when walking my dog

Area was safe and close to everything. Home definitely needs a deep cleaning. Had to wash bathroom throw rugs and sweep the floors before we used them. Washer and dryer were also dirty. Overall surface was clean just needs a good cleaning. Glad we didn’t pay for the daily cleaning service.host was helpful at checkin and checkin process was very easy. Was nice to have access to the garage to park in!

Beautiful home and property

Great experience with the host prior to booking. Had some kinks with the Vrbo website but the host helped work around those issues. Home was very inviting, beds comfortable and the backyard was beautiful and private. Would book here again. We didn’t use the pool, but I’m sure it would have been nice during the warmer months.

Lovely Stay

John is a kind host and was very timely with our communications. I didn't have to wait for any response to my inquiries. The house was exactly the way it looked in the photos provided. It was clean, had everything we needed and very easy to clean given all the supplies they had. Excellent location near shops, airport, restaurants and the freeway. We took a short drive to Red Rick Canyon a few minutes away. I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely book if we should need in the future. Thank you, John!

Vegas getaway

My family and I had a great time in Vegas. The house location was perfect for wanting to be close to the strip, but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The house is just as pictured with very comfortable beds and an upgraded outdoor patio set. The pool is very large with one end more than 8ft deep which my boys loved. The house was in a quiet area, it had great restaurants (Nina’s), and grocery shopping only a few minutes away. Overall a nice house and perfect location.
