We welcome business professionals, families, family reunion groups, wedding groups (SORRY, NO PARTY GROUPS!!, NO PET NO EXCEPTION) to our warm desert house which is located 5 minutes drive away from McCarran Airport and the new Raiders Stadium.

Situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house is very close to Las Vegas' best premium outlet on the strip. This kids and family friendly house features 3 separate living space in the house; living room with 55 inch TV, the loft with large area seating along with 65 inch TV and the dining and game room space. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths which accommodates up to 8 guests. We have 4 queen beds total (one on each room)

Featuring 1000 sq2 putting green with 6 holes golf fun, perfect way to spend the time in the backyard that is surrounded by palm trees, putters and balls are provided including kids size. Foosball table, air hockey and golf makes this house real fun place to hangout.

Sorry, No pet allowed, No parties or events at this house. We monitor the house with street cameras.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room off the strip, yet still close enough to area attractions and restaurants. We really enjoyed the air hockey table. Very easy checkout which helped as we had an early flight; we were only asked to return remotes and do our dishes.

Great off the Strip Option

Worked great for a friend reunion. Plenty of space. The two living rooms were great and got great use of the kirchen. AC kept those of us unaccustomed to the Neveda heat cool.

Everything you need and more

Great property. It was specious conveniently located near the airport and had a lot of the little touches. The owner provided soap, condiments water etc. The owner was easy to reach when we had questions. Will return to this property.
