For a nominal fee of $5 per load, Our modern stackable machines accept credit card payments or app-based transactions directly from your phone. For your ease, these machines are designed to be coin-free, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free laundry experience. Maintain your wardrobe effortlessly during your stay. Our laundry services are designed to enhance both short and extended visits, offering ease and efficiency.

📝 Prior to arrival, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement sent via email.
🔒 A refundable $200 security deposit is necessary for potential damages or losses.
📞 Communication with guests is available from 8 AM to 9 PM daily, excluding overnight hours.
🏠 We welcome long-term stays!

This property does not accommodate pets. Please refrain from bringing pets.
☆☆ NOTES ON A/C ☆☆
Please be aware that the boutique motel does not have central air conditioning. However, there are two wall-mounted AC units located in each the living rooms and bedrooms, ensuring your comfort throughout your visit.
HOUSE RULES:
-Be respectful.
-Clean up after yourself, indoors and out.
-Be mindful of noise, especially after 9pm.
-Do not tamper with the cameras, noise monitor, lights, WiFi, pool equipment (if applicable) or any other equipment. Tampering may lead to a $175 charge.
-Guests must sign Rental Agreement that is sent via email. All persons in the rental party will be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
-$200 Security deposit is required for any potential damages or loss of items.
-If equipped with heated pool, pool heating is an additional fee, must be paid in advance, and must be utilized for a minimum of two consecutive days.
-If equipped with in-ground spa, heating is only available between 8am-10pm PST, in 4 hour blocks, and must be requested by guest.
