You’ll have private access to the entire guest house studio with its own entrance. Inside, you’ll find a fully furnished space with a kitchenette, bathroom, and washer/dryer. Parking is available on the driveway or street.

House Rules :

👉No Parties/Visitors: Parties or Events of ANY kind are strictly PROHIBITED. Only registered guests are allowed on the property during your stay. All visitors must be cleared with the Host in advance. Violation will result in immediate cancellation and a $500 Fine.

👉Indoor Smoking: Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE only. A $500 Fine will be imposed if any trace of smoke is detected inside the Guest House after check-out.

👉 Late Check-Out: Check-out is strictly 11:00 AM. Guests MUST contact the Host in advance to discuss late check-out options. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee equal to one night’s rate.

👉 Quiet Hours (Vegas Standard): Quiet Hours are strictly 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep all noise (talking, music) to a minimum to respect the primary house guests and neighbors.

✨ PROPERTY & AMENITY PROTECTION

Pet Policy: NO PETS ALLOWED unless approved by the Host. Please coordinate with us prior to booking to see if we can accommodate a pet (fees will apply).

👉 Security Cameras: Security cameras are installed outside the property for your safety. Tampering, covering, or moving them will result in a $100 Fine.

👉 Linen & Towel Care: Please avoid using towels/linens for makeup removal or cleaning. If linens, towels, or bedding are stained beyond reuse, a $50 replacement fee per item will apply.

ℹ️ GENERAL CONDUCT & EXPECTATIONS

👉 Eating in Bedrooms: Please refrain from eating or drinking in the Bedrooms space to keep it clean and pest-free.

👉Early Check-In/Out: Early Check-In: When available, we are happy to accommodate this for a fee. The price varies based on the selected time.
