The owner cancelled at the last moment on the day of our arrival. The only reason was there apparently was a cut or tear in some of the linoleum. Instead of contacting me to let me know there was some minor damage and could we work with that, he cancelled and wouldn't communicate in any way. This caused me to look for accommodations at the last moment that cost me an additional 1100. (I had to select items in your survey to get through it to post this as we didn't have an opportunity to stay there.)
