Delight yourself in Luxury in Southwest Las Vegas. This two story home was built in 2020 with a contemporary design located adjacent to Southern Highland. Upon entering you will find an elegant formal living room with formal dining room attached. Dining room table seats 8 people comfortable. There is a substantial size kitchen with large island, double oven and huge refrigerator fully stocked with all kitchen amenities. Just off the kitchen is the family room featuring a fireplace, 85' TV and pool table. This home has an open floor plan totally designed for family fun and entertainment. Large Laundry room with washer & dryer along with a powder room are also located on first floor. Second floor has a sizeable loft with 65' TV a large sofa and a designated work space. The Master bedroom has a cal king bed. The master bathroom has double sink, deep spa bathtub and separate huge walk in shower. Bathroom 2 has single sink with shower tub combination. This bath also has direct access into bedroom 2 which has a queen bed with walk in closet. Bathroom 3 has double sink with tub and shower combination. Bedroom 3 and 4 have queen beds and walk in closets. There was no expense spared when selecting the mattress for the bedrooms. You will sleep, rest and relax no matter which room you are in. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac. Food and shopping are minutes away.

I can't say enough about this property. We loved this area near Vegas and it was very close to our baseball park my son was playing at. The layout of the house was amazing! It accommodated our 5 adults and 1 teenager and we had ample room. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and we had every anything and everything we needed at the property. I would highly recommend and will be staying here again if we travel to this area of Vegas.

Great stay!

The home is exactly as described. Communication was excellent. The coffeemaker (Keurig) died on our first morning, and they had one delivered the SAME DAY. Pool table, ping-pong, cornhole, aesthetically pleasing fireplace in the den area along with pool and jacuzzi.Great space. We had 4 families in the house, and we were never crowded. The master bedroom is beyond spacious.

Property was spotless and spa was wonderful. Great location with plenty of local shops for food gifts etc. Hosts were excellent with communication and exceptionally accommodating when there were some issues with one of the appliances in the home. Highly recommend Shirley’s home for anyone heading to Vegas….

Spacious, Elegant home for a relaxing visit

We have family in Las Vegas, so we have visited and stayed in many properties over the years. This was one of the best rental homes we have had the pleasure of staying in. It is very spacious, nicely appointed with all conveniences you would need for your stay. The owner was prompt about communication. There was an issue with the dishwasher, which the owner alerted us about before our stay giving us the option to find other accommodations and a refund, but we didn't plan to cook much anyway. The kitchen was well equipped otherwise, if we had planned to do that. There are many seating areas and enough bedrooms for a large family to truly relax together, and the house is styled in a way that gives you a bit of that luxury spa or hotel feeling. Overall, a great home that we would love to stay in on a future visit.

Gorgeous and CLEAN and NEW house

We highly recommend this brand new fully furnished and clean home. Everything works! Also, Ubers most definitely pick you up, take you to the strip and cabs and Ubers will bring you back. We made the mistake of renting a car that we never used. Instacart, DoorDash, will deliver whatever you need. The property managers are very responsive. We used the pool- and it was perfect. The house is in a quiet very safe residential neighborhood. The house has 3 living rooms. The rooms are huge. The TVs are gigantic. The house is much nicer than in the photos. This place is 10 star! ⭐️✨🌟🌠

Wonderful home away from home

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week for a ladies hiking and shopping trip. The home is well appointed and the beds are great and the linens are lovely. A highlight for us was the hot tub to soak in after a long day. We really enjoyed the huge kitchen, in fact we never even sat in the living room or dining room. The addition of giant jenga and a pool table made for evening fun. The owner Shirley was so responsive, helpful and great to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

Excellent property and host

My friends and I travel to Vegas several times a year and since I sold my property during covid, we have needed to stay at various hotels or rental homes. However, I think we have found our mainstay. Look no further, if you want a nice home away from home, this place has everything you need. It’s spacious, clean, has ample bathrooms. We have yet to use the pool but it has that too. If you need to gamble like a degenerate and just stumble downstairs for your fix, this place is not for you, you’ll have to stay at a hotel. If you don’t have a rental car, this place is not for you. If you want to have a nice place to sleep and hang out with your friends/family in-between the gambling, shows or dinners, this place is for you.

The Nicest House i have VRBO

A fabulous & spacious home!

We rented this incredible home for Thanksgiving weekend to be near other family members who live in Las Vegas. The house is super spacious (much larger than it even appears in photos!) with 3 good-sized bedrooms in addition to a huge master bedroom with an unbelievable walk-in closet and phenomenal master bathroom! There are 2 other full bathrooms upstairs as well as a half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is super big with all of the necessary (& modern) appliances and devices and has a big center island which is great. There are 2 big living rooms / dens with excellent TVs and very large and super comfortable couches (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs). There is a nice long dining room table, which easily accommodated our hosting dessert at the house. They also just put in a beautiful pool and hot tub, but, unfortunately for us, the weather was not remotely conducive to either! The owner was BEYOND responsive both before and after we booked as well as during our stay. We absolutely LOVED our stay in this home, highly recommend it and do hope to stay here again!

Relaxation

Quiet neighborhood. Great house. Spacious. Wifi is included so we used our electronics to watch TV. The tempature outside was a bit cold so I contacted the host who then directed me on how to use the pool heater thus we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi. Kids had a blast playing pool. Definite 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟. I would recommend this property and would likely stay again the next time I trip to Vegas.

Exceptional House

This house is amazing, it’s big enough that each couple had their own space if wanted. The jacuzzi and pool were so new that the heat wasn’t hooked up yet. The next time we come back to Vegas we will be booking this house. The owner is so responsive to any questions.

Perfect Getaway

5 stars wasn’t enough to rate this beautiful property or the rapid, efficient, exceptional customer service that the property managers provided. My family and I enjoyed this home so much we didn’t want to leave. So much love & detail went into this home and you can feel it as soon as you walk through the door. Beautiful furniture & comfortable beds. All of the extra bathroom amenities. The icing on the cake was being able to relax in the pool and jacuzzi. I will book my next Vegas staycation depending on the availability of this property simply because I do not want to stay anywhere else. I love it here!!!
