Enjoy this relaxing boho retreat with family and friends. This stay is within walking distance to Boca Park Village and around the corner from Tivoli Village in Summerlin.
This two bedroom condominium includes a walk-in closet, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a zen patio. The kitchen includes a faux skylight that emulates natural light and all of the various cooking tools and utensils needed to prepare and cook homemade meals.
Just a few steps away from the entrance of your stay, the condominium’s amenities include a 24 hour gym as well as a 24 hour pool, with a hot tub. The pup area is located on the grassy area behind your stay and if you have children, there is also a playground area.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourself.

The condominium offers amenities (pool, gym, kids playground, etc.) that are shared by other residents of the condominium.

All beautifully groomed amenities located within the condominiums property are under property maintenance, therefore I do not maintain these areas personally (i.e. the pool, hot tub, gym, etc.)

During Your Stay/ Interaction with Guest:
Although you will have a no contact stay, please feel free to reach out with questions or concerns regarding your stay including requests for early/late check-in or late check out (dependent upon availability) via messenger.

The Space:
This stay is located in Boca Park, Summerlin, Las Vegas, NV

Boho in Boca is perfect for long term or short term stays.

The location is less than a block away from Boca Park Village, a 3 minute drive to Tivoli Village, 15 minute drive to Fremont Street Experience and approximately 20 minutes from the McCarran Airport and the Las Vegas Strip.

Boho in Boca is also near Summerlin Hospital, Red Rock Surgery Center, Shriners for Children, Rawson-Neal Psychiatric Hospital, and PAM Health Speciality Hospital of Las Vegas.

Vibe out at La Casa cigar lounge or stop by Hops Nuts Brewing for some great craft brews. PF Chang’s is also within reach as a familiar option.
For my vegans: Try the vegan options at Hussong’s Mexican Cantina. I recommend eating at their bar during their happy hour between 3pm-6pm Monday- Friday for a quick bite. Also try Flower Child for some delicious clean vegan options. Tropical Smoothie also has an amazing hummus wrap as a vegan option to go along with a fruit smoothie of your liking.

Other Things to Note:
NOTE FOR THOSE WITH MINOR CHILDREN:
There is alcohol on the premises. If you have under aged children, you are responsible for supervising them.
Stay is not child proof.
No high-chairs, pack n play, changing station, etc will be furnished.

Low-profile King size bed in Master’s suite & low-profile Queen size bed in Queen’s quarters.

All televisions located in the unit are Roku TV’s with multiple apps for you to log in with your own credentials to use. There is no cable TV.

Potty trained pets welcome. 3 pp pads included for paper trained pooch. Please let me know in advance if you plan to bring your pup, I would love to leave a little gift for them ;)
Dogs only. NO CATS (due to allergies).

The condo is also sprayed for pests, so please let me know in advance if you are bringing your furbaby so I can arrange maintenance a few days prior to your arrival or after your departure.

This condo is cleaned and disinfected after each stay per Covid-19 guidelines.
