The host was very communicative and accommodating. The house is a great value as well. It has tons of space, and is very kid friendly. The Location is also very good as it was easy to get to the Vegas strip during our stay.

A good place to stay

This house was conveniently located to the strip and other amenities. The home was very spacious. Neighborhood seemed good, no worries.The home was clean but a lot of the furniture, decor and towels were old and worn.The few things that bothered me was the carpet was very dirty in the bedrooms, some of the furniture cushions were ripped (old furniture) and the mattress we slept on was very uncomfortable and sounded like potato chips bags being crunched with any movement.It's a good place to stay and reasonably priced.Thank you!

Basic

The house was very clean. It's a simple, older house, so it had it's quirks. Host was nice and had good communication. The neighborhood was very iffy, but we just spent our time on the strip anyway. A/C worked great and the beds were ok. Would have loved to have a garage door opener, we just had to use the front door to open and close the garage door each time. Not a big deal. Overall a decent place.

Loved the quiet neighborhood and peaceful backyard! But it was only about 15 minutes to many of the Strip casinos and activities. We recommend Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire State Park - both about an hour away or less Plenty of room for a family gathering- we had 6 people. Host communicated well and kept up with things around the house. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our family

We loved this house! The neighborhood was convenient to many locations (Walmart, coffee shops) and it was very quiet which was a huge plus. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard! We traveled to both the Grand Canyon and Zion so the location was great for the parks. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Hosts were very communicative and the price was perfect. Couldn't have chosen better!

Just what we needed

We had a lovely stay in this home. It was well stocked and comfortable. My kids loved the air hockey table. The location worked well to drive a variety of places (the Vegas Strip, Hoover Dam, and south and west of Las Vegas for hiking). Location was convenient to grocery store and get take-out food. It is near the airport (which was convenient for us) so bear that in mind but that's what white noise apps are for!

Nice and clean place.

The home was clean and comfortable. Took us a while to figure out bedroom lights are on remote controls. We arrived at night ao had a hard time figuring out why lights didnt work. Two of the beds made squeaking sounds like there is a plastic mattress cover but there wasnt one on there, so those people had a little trouble sleeping. The bed i slept in was very comfortable. The closets didnt have many hangers and there are no dressers but you can stack clothes on shelves in master closet. The outlets in master bedroom and bath have some issues. Stuff doesnt stay plugged in for charging purposes. Had to charge watch in the bathroom and phone in living room. Laundry is in garage, have to run dryer on two cycles for it to dry completely. We tried the timed setting and the auto dry setting. Would have liked to have had more than 2 drinking glasses and a handful of silverware. We bought plastic cups and left them so hopefully next guests will have cups. Also didnt have hand towels in bathrooms or laundry baskets so you may want to bring your own. There was plenty of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, paper towels and trash bags, which was really nice. Ride to strip in uber was $20-$30 depending on time of day. Convenient location was close to a walmart.

Well worth it

Everything went very well. Quiet neighborhood with a quick ride to the airport and to the Vegas strip. Slept very well and enjoyed the stay, would recommend to other’s.

Great House Close to Strip

Rachel, the host, was very attentive. Quiet neighborhood and the house was comfortable and nice. Stayed with my Mom and 4 year old son while I attended a work conference. My son enjoyed the backyard and play set! The outside table was nice to sit at while he played. We had several meals outside to enjoy the spring temps. Close to strip and to the airport. Would stay here again!

Nice, clean place

This is a clean, quiet place with plenty of parking. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert. It suited our needs perfectly. It is exactly as advertised. It is approximately a 20 minute drive to the Las Vegas strip (with good traffic flow). We actually prefer not to stay close to the strip because of the noise and craziness so this worked perfect for us ;)

Home was very roomy, beds were comfortable. No real complaints. Be nice to have a pool but not necessary. Little out of the way for strip $18 Uber ride to Freemont. Close to airport, didnt hear the planes. Lots of shopping , restaurants, whatever needed close by. Neighborhood seemed fine. Happy!

Great for Families with Littles

Check in was easy, the place is roomy. There are two beds in the master which was great for our grandchildren to sleep in our room. The other 2 rooms were great for other family members to use. There are two bathrooms. It has a swingset in the yard and air hockey in what I would call the sunroom. It was close to the strip and the airport. It’s 45 minutes to Mt Charleston where we able to play in the snow (in late December). They have everything you need, towels, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, coffee grounds, filter and powdered creamer.

Birthday Celebration

VRBO is about 10 to 20 minutes from the strip depending on traffic. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s very accommodating for up to 6 guests. Rachel was easy to message with and quick to respond. This is a very nice home to stay in if you are in Las Vegas.

Wonderful place to stay quiet and cozy

It was a pleasure to stay here the owner made sure we were given all that we needed for check in and all rule that was required. We were here to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. When we got to the home it was just as it was in the picture online, it was as thought we walked into the pictures. The linen smell very fresh and it was very clean. The home was comfortable & cozy. The back yard is also beautiful. We had on problems with this home and we would stay again. Close to stores and the strip. Thank you for making my daughter's 21 birthday start out right.
