Our group of 5 ladies were very comfortable at this property. Plenty of room to be together and lots of places for privacy if that was wanted. We were able to enjoy the outdoor space and took advantage of the hot tub and the pool. Also felt very safe staying here. We were visiting to see a couple shows at the sphere, property is located within easy Uber or Lyft distance from Vegas attraction's. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This property has it all! Fred and Chrissy are amazing hosts, they were both extremely responsive with any questions I had prior to booking and also while we stayed at their beautiful home. The house is fully stocked with everything needed to make you feel at home and the grocery store is a quart of a mile away. We visit Vegas every 3 years for the construction expo and our family will definitely be looking forward to another stay at this amazing location.

Great place!! Close to everything (Strip, Fremont St.,Springs Preserve, parks) and perfect house. Kitchen well appointed, comfy beds, tranquil backyard. Hot tub was appreciated in winter! Also, the hosts are amazing, super fast with communication and made our stay worry free!

So very clean and hosts were super nice and available. The house is centrally located and it’s well stocked with everything you need. We used the Mr. Coffee but they have a Keurig as well. It would have been nice to have a hot water kettle but they have every other appliance. The bathrooms are spacious and nice and the towels are clean and plentiful. The beds are comfortable and clean and so are the rugs. The tvs are actually all very nice and have rokus and they have some subscriptions so there’s plenty of choices. Lots of seatings for family and a great house for a friends get together without the chaos of the Strip.The house is also very nice in that it’s one level so it’s good for people of all ages. Dog friendly is the big bonus and we all appreciate any house that welcomes polite dogs. The supermarket a block away along with some food options.The owners are super lovely so htu if you have questions. they’re some of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you both for hosting our family!

Perfect week stay! Hosts were very responsive. We were in town for our son’s sporting event at the convention center and wanted a home slightly off the strip (10 min drive) with enough space for our family of six since we’d be there a week. The neighborhood felt safe, close to grocery store and was so convenient getting to and from the convention center and strip. The kids loved the jacuzzi (in Dec) which would take about 15-20 min to heat up. The bbq was large enough to cook for our family and entertain. Everyone enjoyed the massage chair! The home is fully stocked with everything you need and very well maintained. We will be back next year! Thank you Fred and Chrissy!Best,The Barnes Family

This was the perfect place to stay for the week and had everything we needed. The house is spacious, the pool and spa worked perfectly and even warm enough to use daily. Great location close to "local" spots for dinner as well as a quick 10 to 15 minute ride share to the strip. My wife and I liked the place so much we are already looking forward to going back next year for our birthdays.

The house was amazing! Better than advertised. Fabulous and well stocked outdoor space, pretty pool, great hot tub, plenty of comfortable seating with different areas to chase the sun or shade. The house was well appointed with bedding, towels, paper goods, and dishes. The beds and furniture were comfortable and perfect for a group of six. The house, check in and communication made us feel welcome and relaxed. The location is terrific with easy access to groceries, restaurant, and the strip. The hosts communicated timely before, during and after our stay. Top marks all around. We plan to stay here again! Thanks!!

Great house w complete kitchen needs and plenty of relaxation space for our work team. The massage chair was a treat. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the many towels provided and nice pool towels too. Location was perfect with peaceful, well-kept neighborhood and easy access to the highway and strip. We felt right at home except w a great outside pool area :)

Terrific! Amazing property and hosts. Beautiful home with excellent amenities, exactly as described. Pool area is terrific. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and it was the perfect place to relax in between games. Close to everything. Hosts were very accommodating with check-in and check-out around soccer games. Highly recommend this property - definitely outstanding!

Perfect spot to relax

In Las Vegas for a powerlifting meet and wanted a place to come and relax at. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house was big enough for all of us. Parking is ample. It did not feel cramped. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I love having a private pool! The owners are very responsive and close by if you have any issues. The beds were all comfortable. Tons of beach towels for the pool. TVs everywhere if you were each wanting to go watch your own thing. I am having to dig for something to give feedback on and it is to have more hangers in the closets. Would recommend to anyone and if I come back to Vegas I would rebook.

NHRA weekend

Absolutely the BEST VRBO we have ever had! Stunning magnificent elegant are just a few words to try to explain this home! We travel with my husbands Great Dane service dogs and this neighborhood was perfect for walking them without any concern! The house is smaller but the open layout and backyard especially makes it so comfortable and cozy! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to have it all this home delivers!
