EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: Please note the check-in (4 PM) and check-out (11 AM) times. We accommodate requests for early check-ins/late check-outs (Subject to availability).

PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS/COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES: Parties are not allowed and will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit. Commercial activities/photoshoots/commercial filming are NOT allowed on site or within house premises.

We enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was quiet. The home was comfortable. It’s about a 20 minute drive to the strip, but that was fine with us. The host was very responsive. One of the bathroom tubs was a little dirty, but overall the home was clean and well cared for.

Great stay for the family and our dog. Beds were comfortable and enjoyed that there were multiple TVs so we could enjoy our downtime during our visit. Location is in north Las Vegas, nice to connect to the off strip casinos and see life away. Host was quick to respond to any questions during our stay.

Fun, spacious house

We had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean, well equipped and very spacious. Large rooms with high ceilings, a good backyard and large driveway. The games make it great for a family; pool table, foosball and Pac-Man. Communication with the host was easy. We would stay again!

Great house and great location in North Vegas!

We had some Christmas travel delays and didnt get to the house until 130am. When we arrived the house was really cold (for us) and i text them asking for it to be turned up and they responded 2 min later. I actually heard the heater kick on before I saw their response that they turned it up! Amazing customer service each time i had a question! Didnt have any issues and would stay again! Thank you!!!

Unprofessional, Aggressive, Unclean and Unacceptable Experience

This was by far the worst vacation rental experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was poorly maintained, and the host was unprepared to handle basic concerns. First, the smoke alarm went off incessantly upon arrival. It was late, and we had two exhausted children. We contacted the host and suggested he deliver batteries so we could fix it. He only agreed to cover the cost after we asked explicitly—and hasn’t reimbursed us despite our out-of-pocket expense. Once we silenced the alarm, we discovered the primary bed was broken and unusable. The next morning, the house's poor cleanliness became apparent. There was dirt, grime, and ants in the primary bedroom, nightstands, and kids’ rooms. The host admitted knowing about the ant issue but claimed they were gone. Clearly not, as we woke up to ants crawling on us. The host’s communication made everything worse. Initially calling us “the best guests ever,” his tone turned combative when we reported issues. He accused us of fabricating problems to get a refund, despite our evidence—including photos—of the conditions and pests. Instead of apologizing or resolving the issues, he continued blaming us. The outdoor area was also a letdown. Landscapers arrived shortly after we stepped outside, making it unusable for our kids, and the hot tub felt unsafe due to the house's overall state. This experience was neither welcoming, safe, nor comfortable. Save yourself the stress—do not stay here

AMAZING!!!

This VRBO was a home away from home for our first visit to Vegas. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated! The hosts were super easy to contact and so kind. The neighborhood and surrounding area was very quiet and easy to navigate. We were not far from the Vegas strip which was nice! We cannot even begin to express in words how happy we were with this VRBO choice!

As advertised spotless and nice

House was great and host even better. Prompt and easy to work with. Property is exactly as advertised. We were an older 4 person group in town for the Mint 400 not here for the Strip. House is located very close to stores and anything needed. It was great for our purpose. Meaning simple grilling at the house and early nights with early mornings.

70th Birthday Getaway

The house was fine, in a convenient enough location. We found Aliante as a quiet casino very nearby. We found our trips to the strip and to Fremont St very easy to navigate. There was plenty of room and obviously stocked for staying renters. Plenty of food prep necessities, and all were in good working order. Pool table nice addition. We did not get the chance to use the hot tub. The property owner / manager was communicative, checking on us throughout the days leading up to and during our stay. I did not do a lot of comparison shopping but the price seemed a tad high.

Overall a nice property that is reasonably equipped and in a good location for Northern Las Vegas. Be aware that there is an additional $10 a day charge to set the thermostat lower than 78 degrees.
