Plan a family-friendly stay at our Grand Desert, a lush oasis just a mile from Las Vegas Boulevard. We are close to all the casinos, restaurants, and entertainment options that make Vegas famous, but our hotel was designed without an onsite casino to create a comfortable, welcoming retreat for families. Instead, we bring entertainment to you with 3 outdoor pools, a 3D movie theater, and 4 outdoor hot tubs.

Kick back and relax with massage therapists, a sauna, and tanning beds onsite. Lounge in a cool Vegas breeze at one of our poolside cabana rentals or have fun with the kids in the game room and movie theater. Stay committed to your routine at the fitness center, and take care of any work-related matters at the business center. Spacious resort condos feature a fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook dinner in the comfort of your own condo with plenty of room to spread out in the dining area. Daily housekeeping services are also available for an additional fee.

NOTE:
Guest Checking in must be 21 or older.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

Good Management company to deal with. Good communications, provided after hours emergency contact #. Unit was newly renovated, modern , well equipped. Location has many ammenities and excellent just off the strip location. Everything I wanted. Would stay at the Wyndham Gran Desert again in a heartbeat and would use this Company to. book as it was an excellent value

The apartment was spacious & had enough room for us to spread out. The amenities had something for all ges groups including an arcade & movie theater. It was right next to the strip but far enogh away for you to relax. Also very close to the airport (7-8 minutes)The host were amazing! Great communication. Very understanding & willing to work through any issues/concerns that may come up. I would definitely use them again! #TwoThumbsUp

Spacious apartment. On-site ammenities like cafe and convenience store were good. Starbucks also on-site. Shuttle to Planet Hollywood. A bit of a walk to the strip but it didn’t bother us. Might be annoying in poor weather.

Clean safe property 20 minute walk to the strip near Planet Hollywood. The only drawback for us was poor wifi. Too weak to read our regular websites. The property manager couldn’t offer a solution. Fortunately for us, we spent most of the time outside exploring Vegas. Also, the property reps will try to talk you into buying time shares. I just unplugged to room phone. Problem solved!

Girls trip!

We picked this place over a traditional hotel room because we appreciated having more than one bathroom! Beds were super comfortable. Loved the convenience of having a shuttle to use to get to the strip and Walmart. We did opt to Uber, but the complex was super easy to use. There were also free bloody Mary’s and mimosas on the weekend days at the bar on site. We never had an issue getting a chair at the pool. Checking in was a breeze, host communicated exactly what to do. Checking out I was a little confused on what to do because it was more of a hotel-like set up. They did communicate back what to do the next day, but we had left already. Overall really clean, comfortable and accommodating place for our girls trip!

Family Stay

Planned a trip with our family and the Wyndham worked great. An easy walk to Planet Hollywood. We love the peace of staying at a non-gaming hotel. It’s a little oasis off the strip. I would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

Great visit! This location is right off the strip but a 10 minute walk to everything. The host was easy to communicate with, check-in was easy, and the property was great. This is a better option than renting a house off the strip, especially with the resort amenities.

Beyond expectations!

The communication with property host was AWESOME! Property was great! Very roomy, nice accommodations. The shuttle was a game changer, just wish it ran later than 9:30pm, but that is the property not the host.

Eagles Trip

We traveled with our son and his wife so having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and having a cafe downstairs to get Starbucks each morning was a big plus. We never found a switch for the fan in the master bathroom and that bathroom was low on toilet paper, but overall our experience was a very good one. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet location away from the casino hotels.

Wonderful Vacation Property

this Property was fantastic. Was worried about being hassled about timeshare presentations but I only had to say NO not interested once and was able to go off and enjoy my time. We had a two bedroom which was spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to strip, MGM and or to catch UBERS. Would stay again…

Great Place!
