The SPA can be heated (with a heat pump) for no extra charge

NOTE - The POOL and SPA Heat pump only work if the outside temperature is over 50 degrees so there may be some days in the winter when it is not effective. In addition it can take up to 3-5 days to heat up the pool when the weather is cold outside so please let us know several days in advance of arrival if you want the pool heated.

NOTE - the property is just a couple miles from the Airport. When the planes are taking off to the west you can hear them. They do not go right over the house but do go just to the north of the house. Also - while the house is in a quiet Cul-de-sac with almost no traffic the expressways are not far from the house and you can hear the traffic at night outside the house and some inside the house.
