Location! Location! Location! The perfect home to enjoy peace and comfort within an exclusive gated community. The property is part of a very prominent neighborhood, located in Sonoma Ranch. The home is located between two top level golf courses. Everything in the home is brand-new: appliances, comfortable mattresses, smart televisions, dishes, towels, grill, and furniture were all specifically chosen for this home. In addition, the amenities this property offers are awesome! Sand volleyball, pool access, and exercise equipment are all found at the community pool house. The address is 4123 Santiago Way, Las Cruces N.M 88011.

Our stay at Tranquil Living in the City was 5 star! Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with anything and everything and we really enjoyed the patio area and grill! Our host took care of all of our needs and made us feel welcome. This gated community is not only beautiful but feels very safe! Can’t wait to go back when the pool is open.

NMSU Graduation

It was a truly lovely property. We were in town for NMSU graduation. It was about 15 minutes to campus - very doable, plenty of room for 5 adults, comfortable, clean and a lovely patio. Would book again without question.

Perfect

We stayed for a month. Perfectly situated to get to know Las Cruces. Easy to get to anywhere. Especially enjoyed walking the neighborhood at dawn and dusk. Friendly people, beautiful scenery. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Quiet area and nicely appointed

I really enjoyed staying at this house for more than a month while I was in the area for work. It was very nicely stocked with pretty much anything a person would need, including great furniture and a variety of amenities. The only thing I did not like; my ideal form of relaxation after a long week of work is watching sports on the TV. They did not have a sports TV package, but I could get over that by using the included apps on the TV. That said, the master TV was a bit slow like it needed a full reset or something, so that was the most annoying part about the stay. But other than that, this place was absolutely great and I would highly recommend it!

Very good time

Met friends from out of state to play some golf and just relax. Close to the golf course as well as convenient to the town of Mesilla for some great food. The house was just perfect for our needs. Very warm and accommodating. Would certainly consider this home again should the same circumstances arise.

Love our Stay

This is my favorite place to stay when I visit Las Cruces, NM! The home is the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The decor is comfortable and like home. The location is close to everything I need. The neighborhood is quite. I have stayed here serval times and I am grateful to find a home away from home.

EXCELLENT!! Home was immaculate and Jorge was attentive to all of our needs. Home away from home!

We stayed for 3 nights. We were a family of 7 with infants under 1 and had plenty of room. We grilled in the backyard for dinner one of the nights!! This home was very clean and well maintained! Jorge was kind and very responsive to all of our needs!!

Organ Mountain Retreat

Of all our VRBO stays, this property topped the list for cleanliness, provision of supplies, home decor and overall comfort of the house. We spent the months of November and December 2022 and despite some cooler than normal weather really enjoyed our first time in New Mexico. Shopping, dining and hiking were all nearby. Our host, Jorge, was very accommodating to respond to any questions and very pleasant to deal with. The location of the property was perfect for us and very quiet. We would highly recommend it.

Great Place to Stay When Checking out Las Cruces

We enjoyed our 20 day stay in Las Cruces. Our Host Jorge was very responsive and helped us feel welcome. The home was clean and we had everything we needed, Including a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, and garage. Great place to stay.!
