During your stay, we include free access to the Beach Club. Upon entering, simply provide your house number and begin enjoying all the unlimited amenities for a complete experience.



This is an elegant vacation rental located within the Las Catalinas Development! This cottage-style home has been nicely decorated, it has plenty of natural light. It offers you a spacious common area in which the kitchen and living rooms are integrated, to make it easy for a family or friends to have a great time together. The living room has a 55 inches TV with cable and a sofa perfect for a chat, a glass of wine, or a movie. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen and a huge island so you can cook with ease, it also has upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. On this floor, there's a half bath, washer, and dryer.

Outside you'll enjoy a pool and there is a table set for 8 people, where you can enjoy any meal or chill out at night. Rely on high-speed internet in case you want to watch a movie or even attended a meeting.

Upstairs you will find the master suite with a king-size bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, cabinets, and a closet with enough room to make you feel in your own room at home. There are 3 guest bedrooms 2 of them with a king-size bed and one with a queen and a twin, all of the rooms with their own bathrooms for your convenience. This property sleeps up to 9 guests, comfortably on upgraded mattresses, and soft linens. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.

We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, kayak, Longboard surf, and boogie boards also complimentary amenities such as basic spices like salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee/tea, and also soap, and shampoo.

In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Thank you so much for being a part of our community and for your understanding.  Parking on the main road is prohibited.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful, clean property! The check-in process was great; we had communication with the property manager the whole time, the house was gorgeous, the location was superb, and the weather was great. Overall, 10 out of 10.

Our Family Thanksgiving in Costa Rica!

What a wonderful trip we had to Las Catalinas with my family for Thanksgiving! Both of my sons, their wives and each of their year and a half old children enjoyed this house immensely. The location was perfect for easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants, and the added bonus was the Kids Club that was just a few hundred meters away - the little ones loved it! The house was extremely well equipped, the decor was beautiful and the beds were outstanding. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in beautiful las Catalina’s… the home was perfect…. Our only issue was we were not notified that construction every am till night would be happening a few feet away…. Me and my husband needed to work…. Kids couldn’t sleep past 630 am…. We should have been notified before, or compensated for having to go elsewhere, as we could not sit outside by pool for most of trip. If that wasn’t happening it would have been the perfect rental.

amazing stay

Everything was perfect besides the construction that was like in your own backyard. They start at 7 AM (8 would be nice) and end at 9 PM (5 PM would also be great). Besides the construction going on everything was perfection.

overall, great experience

The house is in a great location to everything. The house felt a bit hollow and sterile. The beds and pillows were sub par. I think this is super important when traveling. Overall, a nice property but lower end finishes than other property in the development and lower end than I expected for the cost for a week. Kelly was great with communication. We had some issues with communication a few times but overall a good experience. I was unaware we would had access to so many things by not booking through Las Catalinas vs a 3rd party like Blue Zone. Be aware of that. Overall, I was just disappointed with communication, detail and the customer experience of the place. Not specific to just Blue Zone as much as everything in Las Catalinas seems extremely lackadazical. No rush to get to anything and no preference for people staying there vs. people who are locals visiting the public beach.
