Penthouse studio with sea view near the airport

It is ideal for vacationers and business people of the same dimensions. It impresses with its proximity to the airport (15-20 minutes) and the sea. The studio has a beautiful terrace with a wide sea view. (The facility currently has no pool.) Please read my very detailed description in this ad. I am known for my guests driving home happily and I want you to know exactly what you can expect from this apartment. If in doubt, please write to us!

The living room

The studio is located in a small complex on the edge of Tersefanou with a direct sea view of the entire Bay of Kiti. Therefore, the studio is not far from the sea and can be reached very quickly from the airport. You still need a car or bike to reach the sea. Due to the transport connection, the studio is also very suitable for people traveling to Cyprus on business. Tersefanou is very well connected to the motorway in the north. You have WiFi available. Schön wars

Küche gut ausgestattet. Einzig eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir vermisst :) Schlafräume klimatisiert. Angenehm ruhige Gegend am Ortsrand - Flughafenstarts hörbar aber nicht störend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Ein rund um gelungener Zypern Aufenthalt

Inzwischen kenne ich Zypern ein wenig und das Penthouse Studio von Christoph ist der Hammer. Genialer Blick bis zum Meer. Der Komplex grenzt direkt an Naturflächen an, so dass kein Gebäude den Blick versperrt. Gleichzeitig ist der Ort so ruhig, dass sich sofort Erholung einstellt. Für mich wichtig: Als jemand der viel Online arbeitet war auch die schnelle Internetverbindung ein Entscheidungsgrund zu buchen. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Kommunikation mit Christoph ist hervorragend. Zum einen antwortet er sehr schnell und zum anderen hat er mir bis zu Anreise alle wichtigen Daten zugeschickt. Darunter waren Informationen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände in der Nähe und auch Gastronomie. Und alles mit Links für das navigieren direkt zu jedem Ort. Wichtig für mich war auch der Kühlschrank-Service den er zusätzlich anbietet. Ich war kurzentschlossen nach Larnaka gereist und hatte keine Zeit zum einkaufen. Bei meiner Ankunft war schon alles da was ich brauchte. Zuletzt bleibt zu erwähnen, dass ich ein Auto empfehle in der Gegend und generell für Zypern. Es gibt zwar eine Busverbindung 419 direkt vom Flughafen, aber das volle Potential von Zypern bekommt man mit dem Auto. Und da ist Tersefanou neben dem Flughafen sehr gut an die Autobahn angebunden, so dass man sehr schnell zu den wichtigsten Städte Nikosia, Limassol, Ayia Napa und Paphos kommen kann. Die Location kommt von mir eine klare Empfehlung vor allem wegen der persönlichen Betreuung durch den Host.
