Great location on top of fig tree bay and the resort. Can be noisy at night. Villa really needs a lick of paint new outdoor furniture. New mattresses for the beds. The villa looks tired but was clean.

Terrible noise in the area around but the people of villas2 let provide us excellent service.

The location of the villa is excellent especially with families with teenagers that they like to be independent and go around and explore the area. the noise of the area was sometimes especially during night terrible. We have have to admit although that the staff of villas2let and the maintenance guys where very helpful, supportive & professional. We would suggest that some renovation of the villa need to be done.

Great location

The reviews for this property are accurate, we’d read that the Villa was in a great location, and it certainly doesn’t disappoint on that score, right in the centre of Fig Tree Bay, a stones throw from the beach and local amenities like shops, bars and restaurants. The Villa itself however needs a renovation overhaul. It’s old, tired and dated and frankly felt like it needed a really good clean and airing. Outside was filthy, pool tiles have been replaced haphazardly and are dangerous to walk on when wet and slippery. Bathrooms were musty and needed mould removing, kitchen cupboards broken and the sofa so dirty and stained, you didn’t feel enticed to sit on it. One of the bedrooms aircon didn’t work at all. Also, this is not the place to stay if you want to go to sleep before 2am, the bar music is so loud it almost shakes the Villa and keeps you awake most of the night. It’s a shame, as with a little TLC, this could Be the perfect getaway. Villas2let communication and assistance was good. Will definitely go back to protaras area at some point, just don’t think it will be to Emily Villa.

Villa Emily

Villa needs new furniture especially sofa. En suite shower needs attention, loose drain cover. We had ants in kitchen Outside area needed to be cleaned especially around bbq area. Outside seating area very worn. Perhaps a nice idea would be to leave a welcome book with instructions instead of large signs on walls.

Amazing location

We have just returned from the most amazing holiday in Protaras, 6 ladies had the best holiday. We have been booking with Villas2let for almost 7yrs and wouldnt wish to use another company, everything from booking right through to the day we leave has been smooth sailing every time. The location we chose couldn’t be any better. I would highly recommend anyone to book with them as they cater for all types of groups including families with young children. We have been back a day and already planning to return next year with probably a few more of us. Thank you to the whole team at Villas2let for your support throughout the whole process.

It was a great time! The best variant location and budget. We were a family of 4, kids in 3.5 and 1.5 years. The backyard is big enough.

Could be better!

Villa Emily is in a very good location with spacious back yard. However there are points that made our stay not so great. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, most of the closets had a bad smell and could not use them, the sofa was dirty, also the kitchen cabinets had a bad smell, on some of the nights there was very loud music from nearby clubs etc until very late, The backyard was spacious however the garden was not taken care of, leaves were falling everywhere including inside the pool. If your top priority is proximity to the beach you cant find any closer, it is right behind Fig Tree. The house and garden definitely needs an upgrade.
