Beautiful property in a great location

The villa was fantastic and was ideally situated with night life at arms reach. What made the experience special for us, was the service from both Erika and George. They couldn't have been more helpful and gave us very good recommendations on where to go/what to do, based on what we were looking for. Would absolutely go again and would recommend it to anyone.

Stor villa med egen pool

Villa med 3 soveværelser, 3 badeværelser/ toiletter ( 2 inkl bad) og egen poolog parkering. Rigeligt med plads også udendørs. Masser af køkkenudstyr, service mm. Rigtig dejlig villa, og Erika, som er kontaktpersonen er virkelig hjælpsom, og svarer samme dag som man henvender sig. Villaen ligger i gå afstand fra by med butikker og restauranter ( ca 5 min) - en meget ren by. Man kan gå til stranden ( ca 7 min) men det er en lille og stenet strand. Den rigtig gode strand (Big Fee Tree) ligger ca 20 min gang eller 10 min kørsel fra villaen. Helt sikkert et sted vi vil anbefale. ( 2 voksne + 2 børn 16 år og 13 år)

The villa was to an excellent standard. Erika the manager was on hand and nothing was too much trouble to sort out and provided us with information on locality and taxi services. The villa was cleaned mid way through the break and clean towels provides, it was a thorough clean. The only critiscm I would have was that the pool area was very cosy for 6 people sun beds and table and chairs

Easter vacation at Amadora Luxury Villas w. child

I had no problem finding Amadora Luxury Villas using car rental and GPS from Larnaca Airport. The place is located north of Protaras region on the East cost, about 70km from the airport , 20km from Ayia Napa and 2km from Protaras. The villas are more luxury than the advertised pictures. Brilliant interior, own protected pool (120-160cm deep with several beach chairs and parasol , the sleeping rooms (160cm-180 beds) are upstairs with own bathroom, and balcony for each room. A fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, micro, toaster, fridge, washing machine u-name-it. Huge fancy dinner table. and very comfortable open space, tv/channels from counties in the world, curtain on all windows which is an important facility. I recommend this family for families, couples and friends that wish ti share staying. There a bus from the main Pernera road but I recommend renting a car. You can either rent car from the airport or from a car rental just 5 minutes walk. The service from the manager (Erika) and here servants was very comfortable and professional for me (father) with a small child. I got all information I needed by email and even more information of what to do. I was assisted whenever I needed help or when there were an issue. I felt safe living in the area with our fency around the house and own parking with camera surveillance. I definetely recommend people to choose this stay, especially families, rather than chunk yourself in hotels. I am planning to come back again for sure.

Excellent place to stay in the area

We stayed at Sunflower Luxury Villa No4, it was spacious, clean and in good condition. We were worried as we had a late flight and noticed they didn't have 24hr check in but Erika emailed all the relevant information and had the Villa ready for us to self check in. We had hired a car and there was a drive at this particular villa plus plenty of parking on the street and in the surrounding areas. The villa and customer service was 5 stars but the surrounding area (pernera) was a bit of a building site which you could hear in the mornings

Sehr schöne Villa (Oktober2017)

Wir waren für 8 Tage in der Villa Rose (Nr9). Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Ausstattung ist gut, alles sehr sauber und von der Managerin Erika (welche wir nicht persönlich antrafen), war alles sehr gut organisiert. So hatten wir auch etwas Wasser, Brot und Marmelade im Kühlschrank. Auf Nachfrage brachte uns Erika netterweise einen Adapter. Optimalerweise hat man ein Auto, da die Strände, welche zu Fuß zu erreichen sind, nicht ganz so schön sind. Die nächsten tollen Strände sind mit dem Auto in 10-20 min zu erreichen. Essenmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug und diese sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Da die Insel aber so interessant ist, und deutlich mehr als nur nette Strände zu bieten hat, ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall nützlich.

Sehr schöne privat Villa

Eine ordentliche und saubere Villa. Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Ein großer Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss und drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Dazu standen drei Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Der Poolbereich war super und für sechs Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Strand, Supermarkt und Bars waren fußläufig erreichbar. Gerne wieder

Great family getaway

We were a family of 7 including young children and grandparents. The Villa was great for our family holiday, very clean and fully equipped. The boys loved the TV, movie selection as well as the pool. Only negative for us was the lack of shade around the pool area.

Location

Nice villa but not in the centre of Protaros about 10-15 minute walk away. Currently a lot of building work going on in the immediate area though this didn't disturb us Erika the resident manager was incredibly helpful

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt,die Villen sind individuell eingerichtet und bieten viel Komfort.Die Managerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt gerne gute Tipps.

Lovely villas

These are nice villas managed by Erica who was friendly and eager to sort any problems and give advice . Lots of work going on in the area but we not disturbed by it in our villa A few more essentials like oven trays , egg cups would have helped , our friend who hired another villa elsewhere had things like ice packs , jugs , airtight containers the little things that make life easier . Ensuite bedroom has no vanity area and therefore not shelves / cupboards in bathroom would be useful . The villa was well presented , pool small and in April a bit a cold but was nevertheless enjoyed by the children . In our particular villa there was not a great deal of outside space but this varies I think . 10 minutes to a small selection of local bars and restaurants and a further five to the small beach . Lovely walk along promenade to get to protarus , where there are a lot more restaurants , bars and beautiful beach if needed . I would recommend these villas and think they are worthy of 4 stars not quite 5 star luxury. I think they are good value for money .

Good Family Accommodation

I stayed here for 5nights with my two daughters and mother during the October school Half Term. One of my daughters has a disability so I was initially worried about the facilities. The accommodation was spacious, the swimming pool was clean and the rooms were clean. They also had swimming toys for children, so I needn't have bothered purchasing some toys. There is a shop nearby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is the price of items almost 5Euros for Alternative milk! I will consider coming back again next October.

Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, super

Aussehen, Ausstattung und auch der Zustand des Hausen waren nahezu perfekt, das hätte ich in dieser Preisklasse echt nicht erwartet. Es war alles super sauber und das Begrüßungspaket für das erste Frühstück am eigenen Pool war genial. Die Objektmanagerin Erika hat sich hier wirklich ein großes Lob verdient. Wir hatten bei Ankunft 2 Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln (1 defekter Wasserkocher und eine gesprungene Teekanne) aber nachdem wir der Erika das gezeigt hatten war das nach 5 Minuten durch Ersatz behoben. Der Pool war echt Klasse, die Küche super ausgestattet nur in den Bädern hätte ich mir etwas mehr Ablageflächen gewünscht. Das war ein Haus in dem man nicht nur Urlaub machen sondern am liebsten gleich einziehen möchte. Die Lage ist etwas abseits wodurch es angenehm ruhig ist und dennoch sind die wichtigen Dinge wie Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung selten weiter als 15 Minuten entfernt. Bei Expedia war leider angegeben das hier kein Transfer möglich ist aber das ist eine Fehlinformation man hätte das der Managerin nur kur per Mail mitteilen müssen, für uns war das ohnehin kein Thema da wir einen Mietwagen hatten um Zypern ein wenig zu erkunden. Wenn man etwas über die Umgebung wissen will, man nach schönen Ausflugszielen sucht oder Hilfen in welcher Form auch immer benötigt dann steht Erika sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, so fühlt man sich echt gut betreut und aufgehoben. Wir werden dort auf jeden Fall noch einmal hinreisen nur beim nächsten mal etwas länger.

The Amadora Manager, Erika, was great. She met us upon arrival and made sure we were briefed on all the attractions and sites. The Villas were clean and spacious. The pool was fantastic.

the cleanest villa and best management

We visit Cyprus with my wife and 2 daughters every summer. Amadora luxury villas location is excellent, close to Protaras main strip (about 20 min walk), close to the beach about 10 min walk or 2 min drive. We stayed at Villa #4 (Sunflower villa) the villa is elegant, really - seriously - clean, everything a family on vacation would need is included, and if anything is not included it is so easy to ask the manager Ms. Erika for it. The pool is so relaxing, and so clean. the pool guy pass by every single morning, to check water quality, PH, level, the pool is cleaned about every other day, and if earlier cleaning is needed they would do it pleasantly. the changing lights of the pool at night makes sitting outside very relaxing and romantic. Upon arrival we found a bottle of wine, biscuit, coffee, milk, jam, butter and bread in the fridge, as a complement for management. my only negative comment would be sun light in the early morning, more shades or better alignment is needed to block sun light coming into the master bedroom in the early morning. it would be a pleasure to come back to the same villa next time we are in Protaras, and dealing with Ms. Erika made out stay truly a pleasant vacation.

WONDERFULL VIILAS

WOW WHAT A FIND THESE VILLAS ARE. FIRSTLY A SPECIAL MENTION FOR ERIKKA WHO SIMPLY CANNOT DO ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU FEEL SO COMFORTABLE, HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXEMPLARY.WE LOST OUR WAY SLIGHTLY WITH OUR OWN DIRECTIONS BUT SHE GUIDED US TO THE VILLA PERFECTLY, WE WERE ONLY AROUND 1 MILE AWAY ANYHOW.THE WELCOME PACK IN THE VILLA WAS SUCH A RELIEF; BREAD,MILK,EGGS,TEA,BISCUITS ETC.WE WERE MET WITH A SMILING FACE AND A VERY GOOD INTRODUCTION TO THE WORKINGS OF THE VILLA, WE WERE GIVEN AN UPGRADE BUT TO BE HONEST ALL THE VILLAS ARE SUPERB IN QUALITY. THE BEDS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE KITCHEN FULLY EQUIPPED CUTTLERY ,PLATES ETC VERY GOOD QUALITY. WASHING MACHINE,DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE WERE ALL GOOD QUALITY AND WERE USED SEVERAL TIMES.THE POOL WAS CLEANED TWICE OVER OUR STAY OF 10 NIGHTS. ITS A LOVELY POOL AND THE PATIO AREA IS SPACIOUS INC BARBECUE.WATER A TAD COLD BUT IT WAS MARCH. WIFI IS EXCELLENT AND THE T.V CHANNELS ARE SUPERB. ALL BRITISH CHANNELS. ALSO SKY SPORTS AND SKY MOVIES. DID NOT USE PLAYSTATION BUT IT IS AVAILABLE ALONGSIDE A DVD PLAYER. PERNERA IS A SHORT WALK THE BEACHES ARE NO MORE THAN 10 MINS WALK DIRECTLY DOWN THE SMALL HILL. PROTARAS IS ABOUT A 15/20 MIN WALK WITH ALL OF ITS ATTRACTIONS.. FIG TREE BEACH ETC. A SPECIAL MENTION TO MOJITOS REST/BR/GRILL IN PERNERA ITS A MUST JUST LOOK UP REVIEWS. SUFFICE TO SAY THE BREAKFASTS WE HAD WERE DELICIOUS.ALL IN ALL WE WERE OVER THE MOON WITH THE VILLA AND EVERYTHING THAT WENT WITH IT.
