Viatges a Lardos

Overall, a good hotel, but small details could make it top-notch. No bottled water available at the bar or in the restaurant. This is usually a given whilst abroad, bottles could be filled up, but this would look mental as a couple with 3 1.5l bottles each daily. Room was nice but nothing in the mini bar.

We had a great time at the hotel. Everything was excellent, the room, the breakfast, the pools, the snack bar by the pool. The staff was friendly and never strict, always helping. We had a room with pool view and separate pool access, which was great. Take a swim directly from your room. The day we checked out we had a boat trip in the morning. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, we could take the pool towels with us, and we could take a shower when we got back from the boat trip. They fixed transport for us, which was cheaper than the other offers. We could not praise this hotel enough. Amazing comfort and service!

Wir waren begeistert vom Service, Unterkunft, Aussicht, Essen, Ambiente, Unterhaltungsprogramm, Personal - gesamthaft ein absoluter Traumurlaub. Werden ein drittes Mal kommen. Nur einen Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eine Uhr an der nackten Wand des Pools, wäre top, da ich meine tägliche 40min schwimmen wollte… :) ( siehe Bild)

This hotel is not it. It’s trying to be too grand dios and has mended up being sterile and cold .the room was just okay. There is no lobby bar or anywhere you can can really get a drink. The beach is super rocky and not what we hoped. Some of the front desk staff were condescending and patronizing. We stayed here as a couple but our best friend stayed at the sister property the Esperos Village up the hill - it was WAY better with a glorious view. great food: the shuttle drivers between the two properties were amazing, kind and professional. our friend from the sister property canoe to meet us at our hotel to take a taxi into the town and was told she’s “only allowed to come up to our room for two minutes”. Bizarre - they are sister properties . It’s trying to be exclusive but they are just not pulling it off. We travel the world and have stayed in many luxury properties - this hotel is just NOT giving welcoming or luxury vibes. The breakfast was nice and staff there were helpful.

Die Hotelanlage war wunderbar und alles war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer und insbesondere der große Privatpool waren traumhaft, einziges Manko: in der Dusche war die Duschwand kaputt und es hat leicht geschummelt, außerdem hatten wir immer wieder mit Ameisen im Zimmer zu kämpfen. Der Service in den Restaurants und den Bars war immer perfekt. Schade war, dass man im Hauptrestaurant keinen Einlass hatte, wenn man ein Themenrestaurant gebucht hatte, auch wenn es erst spät abends war.
